I'm 35. This ending, the music, the visuals, bring a tear to my eye. This game was a part of my turbulent childhood, and I feel I owe it so much respect.

What bothers me is that the wind fish is flying in the air with ease while Link is stranded in the middle of the ocean having to swim for miles just to get to shore.
Thie Ballad of the Wind Fish song still gives me some major feels even after 27 years. When the island disappeared as the song played I was like "WTF? No!"

Well now according to HE, Oracle series takes place after LA, and it is in fact the same Link. Meaning Link wasn't trapped at sea (plus the fact that there were seagulls present would suggest there was landmass nearby). I personally never bought into the "Link died at sea" theory.
Now I know the ending, 5 years of playing, the constant saving problems and having to emulate it across 4 devices and creating new saves because of errors, I finally see what the ending was. I am happy.

Development speaking Vaati’s final form was inspired by the Nightmare, Story speaking the Nightmare represents Link’s worst memories, that’s why it takes form of Ganon and other enemies Link have fought like Vaati (even though it’s another Link who fought against him)
Freakin figured out everything in the game on my own except that you have to dash attack his moblin form. annoyed at myself for giving in and looking that up but oh well i guess
Same story here. Never looked at a walkthrough until stage 4 on the boss fight. In all fairness it's not the most intuitive solution unless you played and beat ALttP

You can deflect Shadow Agahnim's attacks by using the Shovel, and one-shot DeathI using the Boomerang. Are these glitches or were they purposely implemented?

So ok some thing I'm trying to find out who could have brought back ganondorf I'm botw 2. I don't think this one could have anything to do with ganon in the new game. But I do think the whiches from ages and seasons could have found him. Maybe the yiga. That's probably it. You can find yiga litterally everywhere soooooooooooooooooooo. That's just goes back to where the botw timeline placement is. Which I think is fallen so I guess from that perspective I have a good solid theory. Or maybe a new kind of yiga. With the little information we have it probably takes place either right after botw to around 5 years later. So if it's the 5 then one then the yiga team clan that's not the yiga is possible. Or even a few months. So. Yiga 2.0 or return of the whiches
Just finished the remake. It's a great, but I prefer the OG versions (the first Gameboy version, to be specific). The art/music-styles of the remake are just too...childish? The OG game had a slight-macabre theme that is not as effectively captured through the Switch version.
This game was a bright point in a hard childhood, the ending brought a tear to my eye as a kid. I can’t wait to do it all over again next week.

I like how the mini-boss theme is also the final boss theme.
It's a puzzle pattern. You have to check the library in the main town for the correct pattern to access the final boss.
It is not the same for all gameplay. Each pattern is unique

i remember when i first saw this ending, link at the sea was like 4K resolution, i was so impressed, this game brings me so good memories.
