Hi Morris, I just want to thank you for the knowledge you share. In 2022, I was struggling to understand how to make bread. I saw your cocobread video and thought I would try it since I LOVE me some cocobread. I didn't understand what the yeast was supposed to do. In that video, you explained it so well. My bread truly sucked before your video. Now... I'm making pizza without thinking twice about it, pretzels and so on. Thank you Morris.
