    Great change from boring old roast chicken. Just one or two comments, it's quite difficult to carve the chicken once cooked. Also chicken temperature, should this be 750 centigrade? And how much oil to do the cabbage? Mine turned out quite hard and dry, did I use enough oil? Very tasty though, and the better ingredients you use, the better will be the result.

      Its just a green cabbage, Savoy, Nero, all would work well 👍
