This is literally easily one of the best episodes ever. This woman was ahead of her time. And she still crushing it every day. I need more of her please 😭😌
Been a Fergus fan for a long time and very ashamed to say I didn't even know he was married, let alone that his wife is a fantastic, vibrant and passionate cook. Very inspiring video, thank you.
Bourdain lists him as one of his heroes in his Heroes/Villains chapter in his book, Medium Raw. He took Fergus along to speak to the students at the CIA, Anthony’s old catering college. The kids loved him, listened spellbound for 45 minutes, then asked questions. AB was so happy he nearly cried.
Wonderful stuff! I was scared this channel was slowly turning into a platform to endlessly promote cooking with ganja. But films like this are brilliant insights into kitchens and the personalities that make them unique.
This woman is amazing, and this episode made me cry. Just how positive and passionate she is, its something to be admired for. Never saying ill of someone and keeping a positive relationship to the people you have previously loved and hurt you as well... Also her food looks delicious! I would go there if I could.
Wow Munchies/Vice what a celebration! Two of the most genuine persons in the food game. And Fergus, you can't do anything but love him for his efforts in preserving honest eating!
The London and UK foodie biz attracts talent from the world over, I keep running into New Zealanders up here who’ve made their mark. I remember, back in the 80s, the Mexican restaurant in Wellington this woman started cooking in, it was a brilliant place: huge fun, quality food and proper value-for-money. Massive respect to Margot Henderson.
Fergus and Margot seem like two absolutely fantastic characters. Imagine going to a dinner party that they were both at, the endless stories and knowledge.
I got taken to Canteen for my birthday and fucking loved it. St John is my favourite restaurant, imagine Christmas or any party round theirs... OOOOOOOF!
@SuperMikas 44 seconds ago He is not like that because of drinking…. He’s got Parkinson’s, early onset. He’s had deep brain stimulation to treat it.. Have some respect the man is a living legend!

You can see why they are married. Both wonderful characters in their own right. Together, a pure driven tour de force ✌️❤️

Ourobororous Hu, if you are referring to Fergus Henderson, then you have to consider he has Parkinson's. So take that into consideration.
