We had so much fun shooting this! Do you guys have a favorite from the ones we tried? Let me know!
Inga Lam the black pepper bun is the OG!!
alll this foooooood uhhhh~
I see Inga in the thumbnail, I click!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're so niceeee and hawwtt!! 😁
I just came back from Taiwan and loved the night markets so much! I loved the pepper buns most!
My favourite is scallion pancake but I really want to try stinky tofu when I go back to Taiwan this year!
I have a love/hate relationship with these videos because I JUST WANT TO EAT THE FOOD
we have those foods in america. Rowland heights, CA is full of taiwanese. So is arcadia.
I know right! I'm starving! 😭😭😥
I am the same. Each time I watch videos of TW street food tours, I would become so jealous of the Taiwanese. Unfortunately, my son has just posted videos about TW foods on our family chatter platform, unavoidably, I am jealous again.
Inga is my favorite buzzfeed uh.. person! She's funny, cute and so informative. Being Taiwanese, I love how she portrays Taiwan and their food culture as well. Currently in Taiwan and been to this exact night market as well! Great and cheap food. More Inga please buzzfeed.
SpicyMeme Ball Because we are TAIWANESE!! We are not part of China so don’t just say we are all Chinese. Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, and Singaporean don’t call themselves Chinese. We are who we are.
Many countries have major influences from multiple other countries from its history as well. Taiwan might as well be a breakoff of China if you so choose to see it that way. But it doesn’t make it any less a country than any other. Especially if it is recognized by pretty much the whole world.
@@blackwhite9834 Most of us are Chinese ethnic, that's true. However, based on the composition of the population, Chinese ethnic is also the major of Singaporean (75%, 1st). When you say China, I hope you can define it first. If you mean the country called China, then there's no country called China, only the People's Republic of China or the Republic of China (Taiwan). These two authorities were separated for almost 70 years. If you say we share the same, 5,000-year history, that is true until we separate. After 1949, these two authorities walked on different paths. It's the same condition in Singapore or Malaysia or some countries Chinese ethnic people moved in. They share so-called 5,000 years of Chinese history, but they develop their own one after that.
If your logic is "Taiwanese ppl share the same blood as the ppl in Mainland China, with simple logic you would know that Chinese Taipei is apart of China
", then the major ethnic of United State, Canada, Australia, New Sealand are European, can they join EU? Almost half of the people in Honolulu, Hawaii MSA are Chinese American, will they say that they are Chinese? No, they will say they are Chinese (adj.) American (n.). So is Taiwanese.
Although Taiwan now is not really a sovereign state admitted by others, but we have our own people, authority, government, boundary, and we can vote for our own president. If you google it, you will find many countries support us officially or inofficially.
@@blackwhite9834 I wonder why Americans claim to be American when they're all either European, African, latin or asian 🤔
"The UN, being neither a State nor a government, is not entitled to acknowledge a State or government" - THE LITERAL UN, but go ahead, keep yapping

i’m so happy buzzfeed is now diving into taiwanese culture , like if ur taiwanese
Emma vb I’m not Taiwanese but I love love love Taiwan 🇹🇼
Lysol taiwan is a small island around china , it is not china. if you are taiwanese, you are not considered chinese. although the culture is similar in some ways, they are not exactly equivalent.
: ] yes it did, but it has a different culture and traditions in someways than china.
Emma vb I thought Taiwanese were mostly identified as ethnically Han people?
I’m half Hakka half Filipino 100% Asian!
It's hard to find someone who's as adorable as Inga, and yet I found one... Her brother... 😍😍😍
His?
Nani?!?!?!??!?! His!?!?!?!?!😕😕😕

The pepper buns are over-rated.
@@FoodforThought12345678dsds it all looked good though, although I've never had tofu
@@FoodforThought12345678dsds To each his/her own. 😊 You think they're overrated but they're something I have to have when I make the annual trip to Taiwan. 😊
Inga's back at it again with the Asian food content! I love these videos (even though they make me hungry) 😄
These vids really make me wanna try all the different kinds of Asian food there are out there 😋
Maria Gabriela Fernandez Almarza I’m so happy to hear this! ❤️
Yay, you guys should do more food tours in Taiwan. I love this video!
This has to be one of my favorites out of the food tours. Because we don't have Taiwanese people/food in Texas. Great video.
inga, your vivaciousness and energy are infectious. brilliant.
Inga is the only reason I'm still subscribed to this channel. I'm serious.
Same omfg

One of the many things I miss about visiting Taiwan, amazing food.
OMG 😱😍😍😍 Can't wait to visit Taiwan next year and try their street foods 😍 Will definitely save up for this
Everything looks so good!!
Btw, your brother is mad cute!!!
Love the video! I am heading to Taiwan in March and I am looking forward to all the night market food :)
RAOHE! I love Taiwanese food. The pepper buns at the entrance are the best, ditto the spicy fried chicken and basil. Also, that wrap with the peanut brittle, ice cream, and cilantro is awesome.
I also tried fried stinky tofu (and when they say stinky I'm not lying, it smells like a mountain of trash) and actually enjoyed it. Plus it's also the birthplace of boba tea and Din Tai Fung. Underrated food destination.
i've heard so much about Taiwan street food but haven't tried it for myself!
I'm from Indonesia. I took collage at Taiwan a few years ago and I miss Taiwan by seeing this video. Take me back!! also, I'm gained 10kg when I lived at Taiwan lol
This looked absolutely incredible🤩! I wish I could afford to take a trip there and spend the whole time site seeing and food eating 😂
I love the 花生冰淇淋 with cilantro! I visited Raohe Night Market twice when I stayed in Taipei and it was definitely not that busy!!
the night markets in taiwan are actually my favorite places in the world. also stinky tofu is my favorite!!!
All these combinations look amazing!
In love with all these Taiwan videos but also missing home 😭😭😭
Oh how convenient I'm in Taiwan the same time. Thanks for all the food recommendations, Inga~
2:00 “ *It’lL qUeNcH yA, iT’s ThE qUeNcHiEsT* “

Ugh night market food is amazing! I want stinky tofuuhh😭😭 Thanks for posting😋
Can you guys do a video on Taiwanese breakfast carts?
Taiwan is the best! Spent 3 weeks and had so much tasty food.

I loved Raohe street and all the night markets in Taiwan! the food is so good!! thanks for the throwback to my Taiwan holiday :D
This was a great video! Everything looks so yummy
Next stop ✈️ Taiwan. Plane leaves in 20minutes . Whose coming 🤷🏼♀️?
🌴💛
Covid-19 would like a word
This is just one of the many night markets they have, just think about all the other possible food delicacy they have! 🤤🤤
been there once and I would say the food there is really good and I can't believe there are foods i've yet to try in this video, definitely heading there again for my next vacation
OMG! I’m going to Taiwan next year! Now I can’t wait!
I need Skyler’s IG right now.😂 Lol, love all the videos you’re in Inga💕
"This is probably why I gain 10 pounds every single time I come here."
FACTSSS
i wanna go back to taiwan, hopefully this corona thing goes away soon so i can
Wow this looks so good! I wanna try sometime... also Inga is super cute I love all her videos
You two are so lucky when I was a kid visiting Taiwan my family never went to markets like that.
Props to all the cooks that food looks really good 😀
taiwan needs more trashcans seriously, hardest thing about night markets is throwing stuff away afterwards
they are seriously hidden, look for the big giant bins instead. we make it a game to see who can find one. they used to be everywhere but I think people started to throw away their house trash in the public bins so they took them away lol.
The reason why you don't see any trash bins around Taiwan is because people living near the night market will toss their bags of garbage into the trash bins that's intended for the night market. Then the trash bin will overflow with a lot of trash and it will become a huge mess afterwards.
@@hitokiri92 What do people normally do with their trash from the night market?
Ryan Beebe we throw them at convenience stores lol 😂 don’t worry there’s a consensus about that custom, and stores welcome it as long as you don’t bring a truck load of trash. (Kind of like japan)
Usually you can ask the owner at the next stall you buy food at to throw out your garbage for you 😇
I feel like these siblings could make any normal food video into a lively one😊hoping for more vids from the two of them
Oh my goodness! I just got back from visiting family in Taiwan and this makes me really want to go back!
Everything looked delicious I've never tried Taiwanese food before but now I really want to try it
There's a food stall hidden behind a shophouse temple that sells delicious meat broth 肉羹 and fragrant glutinious rice 油饭 . Of you're entering from the main entrance in your video, it's on the right side, about 3-5 minutes walk in. Thinking of it just makes me wish I am there now! :)
I love her.. she’s so precious and bubbly.. Been on an Inga binge lately!!
hangry and watching this ughhhh the food looks so good
I'm going on a year long student exchange to Taiwan starting in August
Let's hope I don't come back as a marshmallow 😂😂🤞
Are you still going? (Covid-19 delays)
@@yuz_ha yeah! It might be a little delayed but at the moment i should still be going
where are you from? :)
The best part of bringing your sibling, you only buy one (less money😃) to share (🤔).
Good start to the week with a video of Inga!
I love visiting Taiwan and the night markets! I love the fish scooping.
OMG, 1:23 had the same voice as the one that spoke in the video from $1 food around the world in the New York part😮
This is so awesome! ❤
Raohe street night Market is my favorite. It is also close to one section of riverside park. Good to take a walk after having too much food.

Taiwanese food are literally the best, the boba milk tea is my fav lol

Heyyyyyyy
Yaa you have V as your dp ahhhh love ya ✌🏻❤️
I stayed on the edge of Shilin night market a few months ago during a visit to Taiwan, it was a very interesting and really fun experience 😄 the food is so so cheap in Taiwan! I would recommend trying the cheesy potatoes with toppings (I don’t remember the exact name😆)
Those pepper buns are so freaking good!! Had to get 3 of these when I was there!
花生冰淇淋春捲超讚👌👌
Inga, you and your brother are so attractive! Cute video!
Skyler is so cute HAHAHAHA anyway these mukbang caught my attention. Hope to be a soon subscriber of your channel.

Ha she likes stinky dofu! Miss being there. Usually I go at least once a year. Was there this past October, but I miss it already. What a wonderful country and people. I plan on retiring there!
You guys seem to have a great relationship. Wonderful to see (I have a sister and we don't really have that connection, despite getting along most of the time)
this literally my comfort video
That Taiwanese restaurant food looks bomb 💣
UNLEASHING POTENTIAL - PSYCHOLOGY VIDEOS
Do you mean the night market food? They didn’t go to a restaurant
Inga.. 😍 and love to get a hold of that braised beef.. what i really want to try is the stinky tofu! 😳😂
Yum! Im planning to go there in the future now!
Make sure after your finished at the night market you take a right to Rainbow Bridge. It's a very peaceful and beautiful area by the river. Great place to reflect on all the food you just ate!

Thanks for trying all the authentic Taiwanese food !!!!
I live in Mexico City and we have street food like no other, but I’d love to go to Taiwan and try as many street foods as possible.
The more I learn about taiwanese food the more I learn that it's basically utter perfection. 🤤
i have a giant crush on inga
*Cries* I miss Taiwan. Surprisingly, a lot of these I haven't had. Love Stinky Tofu
Ahhh I love this! I miss da chang bao xiao chang! Last time I went to Ningxia Night Market, they didn't have it D:
Inga should make her own channel for asian food adventure 😂
Inga is now the face for BuzzFeed 🤩
Omggg I was born in Taiwan and I came to America 3 years ago and haven't visited Taiwan since then and I MISS Taiwan's FOOOOOOOOD especially street food😭😭😭
Definitely one of the better markets in Taipei. The last time I was there, I stayed in an Airbnb just 10 mins walking from there. OMG. Heaven.
