Homemade Japanese Nori Egg Rolls | So Easy Recipe | Tamagoyaki

That’s how we do it at home. We use a round pan. No need for a square pan like the professionals. Easy no frills, looks nice, tasty and delicious recipe, can make sushi as well. Don’t fancy seaweed can omit.
INGREDIENTS
5 medium eggs
2 tbsp water
11/2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mirin or any cooking wine
1 tsp mushroom granules
2 sheets nori cut into halves

@@1228cooking 🥰I thanks I did ,I did it a little differently I fried up some onions and mushrooms and then realized I only had I egg on hand...but I managed to get a nice little egg roll out of it ,used chopsticks to roll it.
