Cool how it's one of the few Pokémon who can safely use Dig. I always found it funny how flying and Levitate Pokémon are still immune to ground while digging.

I used Orthworm in my play through and I am definitely using one on my pvp team. I’d probably keep it was a steel type though because you have a grand total of 10 resistances and 2 immunities.
That's the beauty of terra. You make it electric but not use it until your facing a ground or other weakness then terra to make it immune or neutral. He's not a huge attacker anyways so terra attack buff isn't needed.

Now I don't know if I'm blind, but Orthworm is looking a lot like Steelix in their stats
Yeah it’s a very similar stat distribution just with a lower base stat total.
He also looks like "Gabibbo" in its appearence
Imagine Steelix with Earth Eater Ability...
Steelix's defense is like double orthworm's. And it actually has a good attack stat

so once your competitive mon is 50 you don't want to level it to 100 right? or do you....
The limiting factor I found was getting more XP candies. They get used up so fast and you can't just buy them
XP candies aren't a problem. I just leveled too many not good Pokemon to level 100
If only I could find a Quaxly in the trade codes
It is so easy to make competitive mons this gen! Already, I've got three pokes that I've already got mostly ready. Main thing holding me back at the moment is a lack of money, but the raids and ace tourney are helping with that. Fun fact, those three pokes are also full-odds shinies I found (two of which were in area zero), and I gave one of them what one could call... a very toxic moveset (pun intended). I'll be looking forward to when you release your guide on glimmora and the other paldean pokes...
I'll do this for sure, but why not use the Titan version of Orthworm? It's stats are pretty good all around IV wise

Do ability capsules work on HA pokemon? If they do, you could just do that
I think the ability patch will revert the Hidden Ability to one of the standards.

You do realize that you can just encounter the titan pokemon that's allowed to get capture
It makes no difference
It's not even good. All It's stats besides defense are subpar. And it's moveset doesn't help lol
