The facilities we have to train pokemon up now is quick but costs money, how do you see yourself mainly training your competitive teams??
Something that wasn't mentioned when it comes to raising IVs is for Special Attackers, it's detrimental to increase the Attack IV for things such as Confusion. A higher Attack IV will make you do more damage to yourself from Confusion.
When you have an entire competitive team but you are doing it the hard way breeding hundreds of eggs for that one perfect shiny

The hard way is the only way, outside of being super lucky and catching it as such, to get a 0 IV speed mon for trickroom comps
I like how u can buy very useful items for your pokemon also buying bootle caps is good in the water gym city u can buy items like leftovers etc Incase u didnt know

😭 You popped up and this is helping me so much. I have so many pokemon I love... I'm a shiny hunter, but I never get to use my Pokemon I work so hard to get. I go into a battle and get destroyed. I just feel so lost and dissapointment in the difficulty. But I am going to try this so thank you!!
My only complaint about getting competitive Pokémon on this game is the Tera shard grind takes way too long unless you dupe them
Quick note buy twenty five vitamins for that specific stat. Then uses two feathers to get it to to 252
It's a waste 26 vitamins
TLDR: 25 vitamin of your choice + 2 feathers that gives same stats
I still just breed the perfect Pokemon and EV train using the Power items and specific sandwiches. It’s free and still pretty fast.

I feel like it's really really great this Gen. It's all much easier and rewarding. But I feel Vitamins are still too expensive for the amount you need. I don't find it easy to make the amount of money needed, although making money is otherwise really easy. So I use the Power Items and EV train them at 28 Pokemon etc. Not too bad, it's great it's easy to get Power Items now. Levels and Bottle Caps are very generous. As long as you do Tera Raids, which are fun, you should also get enough EXP Candies easily to Lv100 Pokemon. Egg Moves have become very generous and I like it. TMs, you might need to find enough of the right Pokemon, which might take some time, but I feel that is fair and quite easy overall. So it's just the price of Vitamins that I feel are expensive. Otherwise, lots of QoL improvements that are great. And a few that are really generous too. Oh, and it would be nice to either have a way to reset EVs, or easier ways to get the berries. The auction is a really great addition though.
In terms of berries go to the auction house one of the vendors may have berries on any given day in large quantities in medium quantities. I think it’s random bid on them if he doesn’t have berries, save the game close the game and skip ahead a day there you go.😊
I am hoping they bring the lady back from the isle of armor that basically made berries pointless. It was much easier to go to her and have her wipe your stats clean.
the vitamins are expensive because its a shortcut, you are technicly meant to fight specific pokemon to increase specific evs
I just dupe ability patches and sell them for all my vitamins and battle items

the nature doesnt change only the effect that way it cant be breed down if you switched a quirky to a timid the eggs will still stay quirky if using an everstone pretty sure
Does it matter *when* you EV train/hyper train? does it make a difference if you do that at level 50 vs 100?
As far as I know, it doesn't make a difference, the same amount of points gets added to the stats.
However, if you EV train your Pokémon after it has reached Lv. 100, you can actually see the results after every battle ( 4 Evs = 1 aaditional point for that stat on Lv.100). So you can actually see how the battles affect the stats of your Pokémon.
However, this doesn't change anything regarding the strength of that Pokémon.
So if you don't wanna use that many Items, it's totally fine to start with EV training, then reaching Lv. 50 (or the Lv. needed for the final evolution / specific attacks if higher than 50) and using some bottle caps in the end for the DV.
Since bottle caps now can already be used at Lv. 50, Lv. 100 is only needed for high level raids (and open battles).

That Dieno you caught was a wild one right not breeded so it couldn't have had 0 evs right from the start
The only thing is that Pokemon that don't use physical attacks need 0 atk IV and Pokemon for Trick Room need 0 speed IV and those are not easy to get.
It’s not mandatory that a special attacker needs a 0 attack IV it does help on some stuff for foul play but mostly the difference in damage is non existent anyway, it’s always better to have a lower Iv in these circumstances if you can. 0 iv for speed on trick room users is another matter and im super disappointed they didn’t implement a way to get a 0 iv in these games a rusted bottle cap would have been such an easy win for everyone. really hope the dlcs or future gens give us this

@@Osirus Murkrow is one of the most popular mons and it typically runs Foul Play. In addition Pelipper usually has Hurricane which can confuse, and then I could also see it on something like Dragonite, though right now those tend to be banded Espeed
Just find any 0 iv stat of any pokemon learn about eggtypes slap the macho brace for speed or attack or any stat and bam you have 0 iv for any pokemon that can be breed
Could you do a video on how to decide on a terra type to switch your pokemon to?
It was much easier in sword by using the infinite battle points you got each month from the masterball tier.

Have fun and use what you want the game is still fresh, meta slaves are so corny. Its understandable to know which mons get used more but even that isnt hard to spot. Pokemon fans really buy the game to just have copy and paste battles through no effort of their own

Wont using 26 of the 10 ev items bring your evs to 255? Or did they change the cap in scarlet/violet?

My gholdengo’s sp attack is maxed out but it won’t let me maxed out its HP and won’t let me increase it. What do I do?
Hyper train or lower its stats
660000 is alot per pokemon

This was one of the most useless spread of misinformation in a sense. Just do 6* raids if youre not that hard pressed to use shinies and you will end up investing WAY less money in the process. This is not “easy” compared to other methods
that isnt a critical catch, if you throw a ball at a pokemon you have caught already and it doesnt do that it means you didnt catch it, its just how game freak sped up the catch animation.
Everything is pretty easy, except making money in the game. No I’m not buying a turbo controller lol it’s really tedious even doing raids you’re more likely to get candies then you are valuables.
Go to asado desert and save before a shiny and check for star pieces. Find the star piece, soft reset, open a picnic and breed for eggs. Not a glitch as your pokemon put the item in the basket for you. I usually get 15+ star pieces per hour. (2 egg power 2 sandwiches since i'm breeding wattrel.) Ability Capsules are a pretty common drop from 5-6 star raids, so can always sell them for money if you don't really need them.
So if the attack says descent it can't become best?
You can hyper train everything to mimic 'best' when it comes to IVs with bottle caps. If you are looking for No Good (0iv in a given stat) then you'll have to breed for it.
