    Dear Hannah, thanks to you, I've been doing Pilates regularly for 2 years now and I am really grateful😊
    I have however a very BIG request: could you please upload the videos without music?
    I love doing Pilates in the evening, when it's quiet and I can peacefully follow your guidance and focus on myself and the moves.
    But with the lastest videos, it's difficult to concentrate and it's like having a background noise which I really don't like (it's not only about the personal taste in music).
    You can add a playlist in the video description so everyone who wants to have background music can open it separately.
    I know I can repeat the previous sessions, but I want to also enjoy your new videos.
    Thank you for considering this and once again, I am really thankful to you for all your hard work and shared Pilates routines 💛💛

    Oh my Godd the whole time my legs were shaking like crazy😂not abs alot but legs!!thanks alot henna😍and can i ask a thing..how do you calculate the exact calories that we burn per session?

      Hi Avalon, make sure you engage your abs and move with control to feel more on the abs. I use smart watch to measure body calories burn. There are also a couple online resources for estimating the calories it could burn. Exact calories only can be counted in the lab without any other affection under different conditions. Hope it helpful!

    how do you pull your bellybutton in without sucking in your belly? or is that what that means. It's just that i heard sucking in your tummy is bad for you. And I'm not sure if that's true or not. I just want to do it properly and make sure lol.

    I love your routines and happily joined up for your membership program, but as a personal view the music does not work for me! I guess lots of people do like it, but I've always really liked it that with your classes I can just focus on what you are saying - it was part of my quiet time in an overloaded week! - but I can't turn off the music and still hear you.

      @@MovingMangoPilates Kia ora Hannah - I have done more of the workouts with music now and compared things - if it helps to see what might be better or worse for some people then for me personally it is less distracting if there is no singing (or no actual sung words anyway) and a very quiet tempo so that it is not competing with your voice. I do appreciate what you are experimenting with and amazing time and effort and positive energy you put into the workouts. You've kept me going over the last year! Jenny

    Who agrees to open the same channel as Hannah, but without music ??? We agree to run away to this person! The thing is, Hannah, is a terrific trainer, but she's also terrific terrible taste in music.
