Aggressive Driver Passes On Shoulder

Impatient, aggressive drivers have no place on the road. Here is one. We are on the southbound on ramp to I-83 from Mt. Rose Avenue. This one driver has to get ahead of everyone else so they speed up and pass us all on the shoulder.
