- In this live-action real life Mirror's Edge short film, Faith Connors guides a new recruit through the process of becoming a Runner and must decide whether or not he is ready to join the group.
This short film features POV parkour sequences straight out of the video game, cinematic fight scenes, dialogue-based cut scenes and a true feel for the great video game that is, Mirror's Edge.

The parkour in this was so smooth and skilled, but what surprisingly had my attention the most was the fight choreography. The style that Colt fought with was exactly how you’d imagine someone would fight if they were a parkour pro *first*, and fighter second. How well he used his environment and acrobatics to his advantage, rarely staying in one place, it was so exhilarating and imaginative to see. A+ work. I just found your channel, but I hope you get to collaborate with other parkour pros in the future as well!

I don't understand why this astonishing video has few views. You have catched the spirit of Mirror's Edge with attention to the detail (as the icons from the video game), combine with dynamic and intense fight scenes. And all of this, in last term, it wouldn't have been posible without good direction.

I think this is my first time watching a short film by Omar. I've never seen any short Mirror's Edge films that has a very very good running and fighting scene! You guys should totally work with DICE and direct the Mirror's Edge TV series! :DDD

Wow this was cool to watch. The editing was great, the graphics were cool. Especially at the beginging when his running vision gets turned on. The girl in this is great, looks amazing just like the character and a good actress too, shame she wasn't in more of the film. I loved the POV free running sequences too and the fight scenes were great! Super realistic.

A Mirrors Edge short action movie? Couldn´t believe there was a 2nd part for the game not to mention a movie.
Really great camera work at First Person POV, as good as in Hardcore Henry. Writing, editing and stunts looked amazing also.
Personally I would liked to see more parkouring tricks instead of fighting...

This is so awesome! Though, just me nitpicking, the games always had a very blue/cool aesthetic, which made the red HUD/runner's view stuff stand out more. Maybe if you do a sequel add a blue visual filter in post or smth if you wanna emulate the game style a bit more. Just my two-cents that no one asked for though, keep making great vids!
