Blessings Cinnamon! I'm so thankful to God for garlic ginger and lemon! I usually keep ginger root in my refrigerator, even if it goes bad, it's there when I need it. I was using those 3 along with olive oil to lower my blood pressure, then I stopped for a long time and over time (1.5 yrs) my BP started going back up. I would buy the ingredients, but wouldn't blend them, so they just sat in the fridge. Well, a painter was doing some work at my home for 2 weeks and 4 days after he finished, he let me know he was very sick after I texted him about some supplies he left at my house. Well I was already starting to get signs in my throat and nasal passages that I was catching something and wished he would've let me know sooner that he wasn't well and suspected that it was covid. Anyway, with no time to waste I reached for my ginger root, garlic and lemon, stayed away from sugar (I enjoy my coffee with cream and sugar 😂), started using some emergence C, grape seed extract along with my usual One A Day. I felt better immediately and I keep my symptoms at bay. I drink the ginger drink hot or room temp, through out the day and before I go to bed. I'm going to keep up the regimen for about 10 days, THEN I'll go back to using my drink 1 - 2x a day for BP since that was the intention from the beginning. Thank you for making this very helpful video for others and it was confirmation for me!
@@CinnamonStoveKitchen i made a large paste about 1kg. Its been in the fridge for almost a week now and my mom is worried. She tells me to throw it away she thinks it might be poisonous. What do you think?
Because you added onion and tumeric I'm not completely sure. But with the three ingredients I used I'm sure because I do it all the time. Next time make two different paste, one with the three ingredients and the next with the two... store them separately and combine as needed.
Thanks! Gonna make sum of this tonight!😊

You're welcome❤
Thank you for your testimony🙏🏾
Yess .,
Can you add honey to that as well or no
Absolutely
How long should the paste last in the fridge? I mean, within how long should you consume this paste?
It can last for up to a month or more if sealed properly.
