I do take D3, sometimes take ginger (you should only do it in moderation. It's great in moderation, otherwise you can get bad acid), quercetin and bromelain are both great, also extra virgin olive oil, nettle tea before bed and after meals. And maybe sage tea. Those are my go to ones. Also, vitamin C can help and also copper if you have a deficiency.

Histamine intolerance isn’t always prevalent in the form of stuffy noses. Personally, I get a dizzy feeling, and my mood, behavior and energy are severely affected. Also, the DAO enzymes all have rice starch or corn starch as fillers. Super sensitive people can’t handle that.

@@mytravls You can't cut your balanced protein intake or body has no ability to repair and inflammation goes on and on in damaged or deficient tissue. If you loose lean body mass you are building much bigger problems in future. your organs consume proteins supplied by muscle at night, and muscle grows only being supplied after meals when mTor is activated & proteins with leucine are in. enough amount. first balanced protein meal is critical jumpstarting building muscle cells storing food for organs later on.
you can cut carbs to zero, you can limit fats by cost of getting dehydrated and deficient in energy and some stuff as hormones but cutting proteins is the worst because you won't recycle anything and body will eat itself up.
      Don't starve yourself please.
My way is meat supplemented at times with dairy but being careful with fermented stuff instead getting probiotics that dissolve the inflammatory stuff as histamines & let oxalates detox going.
The stupid part is it can get good for moment before other crap gets out and it won't get better soon before it's ridden off while you get crazy and think it's not helping adding stress and making reactions worse.
Chill out & analyse with cool - the best and the most cursed advice to give to someone right?

Once you're in a full-blown histamine intolerance episode, no amount of meditating will help you sleep! You need to eliminate all high-histamine and histamine-releasing foods first. Also, while you may manage to force yourself to do intense exercise a few times, that in itself will raise cortisone levels and make things even worse than before.

Histamine is the biggest sleep disruptive for me. Makes me hot, uncomfortable, irritated, insamnia, toss and turn with agitation all night, makes me itchy. Took me years to realize histamine was causing all these issues for me. Go on low histamine diet and it all goes away!!!

    • @mindful__gardener

    • @emilye709

@@mindful__gardener Itchy scalp, ears, and armpits, crawling sensation like tiny bugs were running around on my skin, irritability, insamnia and sleep disturbances such as bad dreams, grinding teeth, agitation, sleep paralysis, very light sleep and waking up very frequently. My hands and sometimes feet get really hot after I eat certain foods and I get skin sensitization where anything that touches my skin irritates me or makes me itch.
I have MS and had Hashimotos and so I went on the carnivore diet and everything got better. When I added back certain foods I would get certain symptoms and that is when I made the histamine connection. For example if I eat tomatoes, avacado or pepperoni, the itching and sleep disturbances come back. It only takes a few days to clear up.

    • @emilye709
      @emilye709 3 роки тому +3

@@mindful__gardener Dang I am really sorry. Panick attacks are the worst. I did have them at night too and just general feeling of something is wrong anxiety after eating high histamine foods or hrs after eating carbs. The panick attacks that i would have in the middle of the night I think were related to low blood sugar. I would spike my blood sugar during the day then it would crash in my sleep and that triggers cortisol release which would wake me with the panick.
I think depending on how ill you are, you might need to ease into carnivore slowly so that you dont have low blood sugar which can increase anxiety. Some say that easing in just prolongs the adaptation. So you might want to just push through. Just pay attention to your body and don't push it too hard or you will feel worse. If your not already, you might try keto first or include honey on the carnivore diet. It took me 2 months of adapting but that is because I took it slow because I was way to sick to shock my body. Jumping into carnivore can increase anxiety and depression before the body adapts but once it does adapt it is 1000% worth it! Some say that carnivore wont allow you to enter ketosis but I am almost always in ketosis and I include 30 grams of carb/day because I find that I feel better mentally.
Also, the organs can cause a detox reaction so might want to go slow with those too.
Subscribe to Pual Saladino if you are not already!

I've always found preparing real food and cooking therapeutic. Always home cooked a majority of the time. Drinking wine while eating helps to break down the proteins one of the reasons that the mediterranean diet is so successful. I've cut out potatoes in the last few months and I've shed a stone in weight. I walk first thing in the morning with my dog, when we get back I have breakfast, Greek yogurt with some ground seeds and nuts most days, sometimes I will have some smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. I swim 3-4 times a week then I swim. On my return I have my main meal of the day prior to sunset. Then I go for another walk with the dog. I don't eat bread often, I'm not allergic to bread, not allergic to gluten, I'm allergic to yeast in bread, so no more than 3 or 4 slices a week and usually toasted. I've never eaten trans fats. Histamine is definitely an issue for my skin, so I am looking at what I eat that could cause an histamine overload, although the skin issue is due to a mutated gene due to cuts in childhood. The Human Genome Project was excellent at identifying what was causing skin issues and allergies.

Don't keep living in this vicious cycle. The longer you live, the worse you'll get. Find ways to exercise, eat well and deeply relax. You need good nutrition and probably genetic testing to see what's not working in a normal way. So far, I've only tested the MTHFR gene and found a mutation that affects my body's ability to methylate and can't handle folate as folic acid, so I have toxin overload in my 60s. Critical information to have. I plan to test the rest. Allergy testing only gives you a superficial picture. You need to find underlying cause. Look at your genes and get help from a really good Naturopath, please. Do take care as what you do today will greatly affect your future.

There's only two places to get the raw material in the US that I"m aware of: XYMOGEN and Seeking Health. The corn starch is to stabilize the enzyme and is from non-GMO corn; it's made in Austria.
I've had several conversations with the developers of the material in Austria, it's a pretty clean product!

People don't understand that yoga is a religion, and it is made to open you your mind and soul with unnatural poses and emptying of the mind to invite in multiple gods. People are ignorant of prayer and faith in God, thinking their new age religion is neither a religion nor a form of evil worshiping. Many yoga practicers have left the field realizing they were neither getting better, and in some cases were becoming disassortative disorders. It is unfortunate many in the Natural Path health field go the route of yoga. It is deceptive and very typical of these types. Very left leaning, mellow, feel-good types are susceptible of this. They have Open personalities making them less suspect of these new age practices. Plus, this is Canada so...

Higher Yoga from Himalayas is more difficult, but the information you mention is correct.
I am glad you mentioned Sulfites & Sulfates & Sorbate best is to avoid at any cost . We must watch what we eat in the west, Europe and especially Austria has a clean food standards best in the world.
We Yogis from Himalayas have totally different approach to health & Histamine intolerance.
Histamine is accumulating in the body & recommend is extra DAO & HNMT whatever other enzyme, so eating kidney is OK.
Yogis have a cleaning techniques that simply excrete too much of Histamine.
Also low - clean salt is a totally different from Western idiotic medical approach. Yogis intake a huge amount of CLEAN salt.
We have a lot of different ways of life, often very contradictory to western orthodox medical approach.
Hatha yoga we call monkey business and it is a waste of time .
Cardiovascular exercise is 1000+ time better than any Asana that is a waist of time.
Clean your gut & eat more GLUTEN. .....😂😂😂
Add some ConcenTrace minerals in a distilled water and some fresh or frozen Cranberries & we gonna live 100 years + .

There are a few things for lessening leaky gut
Have a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods which irritate your gut
Make sure your digestion is working: You can eat an idea diet, but if you aren’t digesting food appropriately, it is not going to help.
Find and remove underlying food sensitivities - eliminate a suspected food for a period of time
Find ways to reduce and eliminate stress:eg Prayer, meditation, yoga, adequate sleep, and acupuncture
Consume gut healing foods and nutrients
Balance the gut flora by including appropriate amounts of fermented foods in your diet each day.
      Find and eliminate gastrointestinal infections
Try the use of gut-irritating medications:
      Reduce exposure to environmental toxins
Make sure you have enough sleep and avoid overtraining which are a form of stress to your body.
