    Hi, do we need to listen to this meditation for 21 days consecutively for full benefits?

      I find follow any 21 days healing meditation is difficult as there is a few did help me with my growth. As we work and other responsibilities and day plan for meditation can somtime also taken by other tasks required attention. The way I work arond this issues is by saving it for one day im able to have full daily 21 days without worrying to set time for this important healing present. When i know im unavle to follow 21 days as request. I write down what most got me when healing abuse past of let say this video. Also i remind myself for the next 20 days im not able to followed. I will repeat daily 2 to 3 things that i had learned from this meditation eg: i might go through a week being judgemental, i will remind myself to listen to my heart and ask why am i judging others or myself. Or if i had time even few mins quiet somewhere..i will just take that moment to practice the tools and skill teaches by these amazing ppl. As this make me have no guilt that im not able to meditate as suggested for 21 days. Most importantly everyday a little time to work on what needed for yourself even without listening for 21 days..i learned that is all good and healing with good intentions while i practise healing my innerself.     This meditation speaks directly to me and my life situation. No other meditation that I have come across has fit my specific needs as much as this one. It is incredibly healing and I will be revisiting this one often. As of late I’ve been looking outside of myself for answers instead of looking within, seeking reason and blame outside of myself instead of simply looking within and healing what is inside of me.

    This made my cry big, fat hot tears, especially where you say that we can tell our inner child that she’ll be loved no matter how she feels. Gosh, I didn’t know I needed this release. Thank you.

      Thank you so much ...my new hubby is wonderful with me and I have never opened up much as I was toldci was making things up at 13 my mother told the school she was going to have me taken into care as I was lier and she never hit me and our lodger her fancy Man would never do such a thing... I ended up stopping with a friend of mine for 2 yrs. The long and the short of it is that he abused my sister and three nices. But it just clicked a couple of months ago I didn't get on with my sister because was older he told me she was a good girl and he paid her to keep quite.. and know in my 58 Yr it clicked after talking to my hubby I was still letting him have the power.. I spoke to my oldest sister whom blames herself that she didn't know.. that's why I didn't get on with my sister the 2nd one I was the baby out of three of us and she understands what I thought and we are as close as sisters can be we can sit in room with out sly digs ... and it feels good xxx

    What can I answer/do if child neglect was an issue?

      I cover this indirectly without mentioning that word in this session. Remaining present, listening, ensuring your child is seen, heard, safe and protected are all parts of healing neglect and ensuring that physical and emotional needs are met.. You can and also ask your child self what they need too in this meditation and let the response come from your subconscious without overthinking it consciously. I use the principles of Dan Siegel's parenting, to ensure a child is seen, soothed, safe and secure, and also the principles of secure childhood attachment in childhood psychology research, to give you background as to the research that is behind this meditation.     At 6 minutes i already fall asleep.. Then woke up light at 40 minutes.. What that suppose to mean? Thanks a lot..

      Falling asleep then waking up doesn't necessarily have any particular meaning. What is more important is how you feel afterwards. 💛

    I understand my self better now and to connect with my childself and needs by courage and commit no more judgement all frustration is gone
    I see you no more depression owe have choices now it is safe to heal destructive behavior is gone there is no need for us to act out I notice we are more relaxed our body is comfortable I can now decided what we have to create for our tomorrow's to make thing work for us
