"my daughter is a wonderful person". That is the most dad-like phrase I have heard. Love it.
You bet!!
Your outtakes at the end of each videos are always funny. Don’t lose them please. Liked and subbed
Thank you. I am definitely keeping them in. And thank you for subbing :)
You personality is what makes this show so much fun to watch. The drinks are good as well. Looking forward to seeing all the fall drinks coming from you and the others. I have my list ready to go. Cheers my Friend. I am off to Las Vegas for a week. Be back on the 26th.
Thank you. Have a great trip and be safe. Find some interesting liquor from there and tell me all about it.
You hurt that straws feelings!! Ha. That’s a really fun cocktail to make and even better to drink. 🍹
Yes the poor straw. The cocktail not only looked good but tasted better. Yo are right on that!
My brain completely died on this one. However the Hurricane is one hell of a drink I must say.
How many did you have before the video??? LOL
@@carl_busch Actually nothing. Apparently I was thinking to hard maybe?
This is one of my fav drinks. I usually use passionfruit syrup, but have some fresh passionfruits, will try them out in it!
I was really happy with the way this turned out. The fresh fruit was easier at the time. I will still try making the syrup and see how it changes the taste.
It’s nice to have offscreen helpers! Haha great looking drink! Keep it up! Cheers 🍹
It works when I can get the help. The kids are awesome.
@@boozeontherocks My kids are too young to help out at the bar just yet haha... and the dog's no help at all! :P
@@RobsHomeBar Mine are at that age. and I have cats, and they are just angry so. they're no help either.
Great stuff as always. Not a fan of fruity cocktails but I like my rum and this might be one I try.
Alex, Thank you. This one is pretty good and is not overly fruity. It works well.
Sounds like an interesting drink for sure cheers 🕺🕶🕺-The Boyz
Thank you. It is really good.
It's always good to have a handy sidekick to help you out! My wife does the same for me when I forget things haha. But this is a goooooood looking cocktail.
Yes, when they are willing to help. The cocktail did turn out very nice.
Love the hurricane preferring the, closer to the original, which was more like to a passion fruit daiquiri. 2 oz rum, 1 oz lemon, 1 oz passion fruit syrup (a balanced and tart version). Mind you recently I found some quality fassionola which add a few more fruit flavours and works soooo well.
I really liked this version. It worked really well and was better balanced than you'd think. this is definitely a make again cocktail that is for sure.
I was scared when you were throwing around that knife. 😉 When I make a Hurricane at the brewpub I work at. I put it in a 1/6 barrel and push it through a CO2 line. Gives it a little something something extra.
That is a really good idea. Now I want one.....
Nice one man
Thank you very Much.
That looks delicious. Never found such fresh passion fruits on the market. Does the flavour was less prominent, compared to the dark version? In case someone wants precisely to follow the specs, do you think any adjustments should be made?
God recipe and outstanding performance behind the camera. Cheers!
It will depend on how ripe the passion fruits are. The riper they are the color and flavor will change slightly. you might need to bump he simple syrup up a bit. Passion fruit puree has some added sugar in it. So if you go fresh fruit. it would be a little bit less sweet.
@@boozeontherocks I was simply not sure if you noticed a big difference in flavour between the orange unripped ones you used and the more common dark purple brownish ones.
And thanks for the tips. :@)
@@TheTribalBarGuy I can't say that I have notices a difference. i have only ever had the orange ones. Your welcome.
Yummy.
It is really good.
Passion fruit ???? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Passiflora 🤓🤓
yep....
But does it really tatste like New Orleans? Let's find euwtt....
I wish we could get gallons of cheap rum today.
I also wish I could get Havana Club 3 in my area.
Cheap rum would be nice. Surprisingly it was one of the only white rums on the shelf when i went looking for some.
