Hey Zoro, team member for the mod here! I helped with some tracks and did some miscellaneous UI themes, but Scott Pilgrim and Link’s Awakening are the main games I took over the songs for. Firstly, I’m really glad that you like the main menu theme! @gigamusicman came up with the initial composition and arrangement; afterwards I produced and extended it by adding a separate section that transitions back into the main loop, as well as added my own general inflections/flavor to it. I’m SO glad that you mentioned Anamanaguchi at the start. It wasn’t even my intention with the menu, but Anamanaguchi is a super big inspiration for me in my own music; I love their music immensely. I’m also super happy that you liked the Another Winter rearrangement! Your energy was super infectious and I genuinely got stupidly giddy when you were vibing out to the track, especially towards the 2nd half where it picks up again after the break (Octigone seriously cooked with his portion of the production LOL). Myself and the other team members agree that this song is simply an absolute vibe and I’m glad that you and others agree. It’s just upbeat fun; I’m happy with how it turned out. By the way, I wanna ask: what was the song that you wanted to hear before you started playing? I hope to see you come back for more when future updates roll out! I’m excited for people to see the stuff that we’ve got cooking and I hope that you all will enjoy it! I don’t mean to hype things up too much, but it’s super cool to see all of us improve in real time! Also, the Scott Pilgrim OST is super good; I used to listen to it near-daily. I would highly recommend you to check it out, as well as the game (this is me assuming you haven’t already, based on what you said when you started playing the song). It has some jank and a learning curve, but it’s really fun when you can get it down - especially when you’re actually pulling off combos. Completely unrelated, but if MoxxieDaFox happens to see this comment: you’re literally the only one that caught the Deathmatch motif out of everyone that played/saw this mod and I think that’s really fuckin’ funny LOL.
@@VTM_FM Woah I’m super glad you enjoyed the video this much that’s awesome I’m glad you had fun reacting to my reactions LMAO Yeah no the song that I was referencing was “Airbrushed” by Anamanaguchi, it’s in no relation to Scott pilgrim I just as of writing figured out but it’s still so good there are a couple others from them I love that aren’t from scoot pilgrim as far as I’m aware but like you said yeah I’ll have to check out the soundtrack or the game itself! But yeah congrats to you and the dev team for such a fun feel good mod! The Mario song was a nuisance yes but away from the mechanics it’s an amazing track and reminds me of when I got SMB3 for my DS which I loved! Super excited to see the future stuff you add or change! Sure you and everyone are gonna smash it Edit: oh and yeah I’ll have to show or let moxxie know about the death match thing too lmao
If you were unaware the FNAF song that you played has a mechanic where you close the doors but since they were off you didn't get to really use/see them. Just in case you weren't aware of it, if you were then completely ignore me, lol.
