This was fun to watch. There is a nest of baby house finches in my ivy. They look like they're ready for flight, so I was curious how that was going down 🤔l. Thx for the video. "Come on just do it. One of you gotta jump first." yes! So true to life

This is so beautiful! I had a nest on my bedroom window sill last year. Really a wonderful thing to watch. I missed them when they finally left the nest. Lol Thanks for sharing!!! 💜

A Robin fall out of a nest yesterday morning, so I put in on a ledge keep it safe behind me, but the mom bird wouldn't feed it where it was at, then I realized there was another baby up in the nest, but I didn't move a other baby bird. I left for an hour, and when I came back, it was dead. The parent stopped feeding it.

They don’t want to fly out the nest, they want to play Xbox and chat on their social media on iPhone as they snack there way into obesity

It's a mistake to believe you need to zoom in to capture a bird's first flight. You just end up losing sight of him immediately. Best to zoom out and catch the whole event in the context of his surroundings. It's a common amateur mistake on UA-cam when filming nature. More close-up detail is NOT always better.

I enjoyed the way he filmed it much better because you could see the emotion of it all

@bliss9745. Totally agree. Would have preferred to see the overall event. Close-ups in this situation are pointless and even annoying.

3:10 did you assume that birds gender

Its only 15 years in prison to assume someones gender in a world of liberal morons that this planet is breading. For me its simple though, drop your pants and I'll tell you your gender.
