She just need some gentle encouragement.
Mother condor:*PECK DAUGHTER DOWN THE CLIFF
Hahahahahahahahhaha I laughed at it
🤣🤣
Fathers and their daughters...
That must be such a liberating feeling the very first time a bird flies
arielartista I wish i was a bird
yeah but have you seen turkey circling a dead cat like it was a ritual
I don't cry easy but honestly this made me tear up. I think the way these birds soar is absolutely beautiful.
Yes, it is beautiful. That’s why I love watching birds take off and land especially watching in slow-mo. And watching how they can fly in formations so close and not crash into each other is a wonder. Ever watch Starling formations? They are awesome.
So sweet, little baby condor is the cutest and bravest
My father tried to teach me to swim in the exact same manner. I nearly drowned.
Jad Budiri lmfaooo
(you made me laugh :) ). hope it all ended well. :)
Jad Buudiri, Thank God your father did not invent to try to teach you how to fly.lol
lol haha
*You didn't earn your flippers at the time*
I salute the filmmaker who sat out in the Andes for a LONG time probably to get those images!
Lol at 2:10-2:13 she looks at the camera like...”I got this” lol
LOL
😃
😂Smh🤦🏿♂️
Moral of the story...to have parents is a blessing and it makes everything easier
True.
Especially the "gentle encouragement" -- kick the daughter down the cliff!
These Condors look like freaking giant-ass planes
This actually helps when I'm writing about my bird protagonist flying for the first time
somehow, this video is very inspiring.
despite their scary appereances, condor really are gentle bird, espesially towards their family. I just know that of course hahaha
Condor are awesome! :)
Her father is such a good and patient parent.
Unlike the mother! Off with you, down the cliff)))
@@Soundofmusic777 You probably need both. Good cop lets you know where the exit is, bad cop hucks you through it if you overstay your welcome.
Simply incredible anyone obtained this footage!!! Well done! I hope awards were given... Certainly earned 'em!
Her mother makes the choice for her :D
*peck peck peck* 😂
Such a beautiful thing to see. Soaring birds in flight is one of those great things nature shows us.
they fly gracefully
withing three trials at flight school the young condor earned her wings amazing
Ver volar un Condor es una de las cosas mas hermosas para ver en esta vida.
My life would be a lot more exciting too, if David Tennant was the narrator.
😂😂😂
That's an Andean Condor...what a majestic creature
Fly Condor FLY!
Simply majestic.
Must have been a proud moment for parents to see their daughter soar! ♥️
This is lovely, it made me quite emotional & a bit tearful, thank you. It reminded me of how we human parents encourage and teach our youngsters so they can finally leave the nest and fly on their own wings. Oh and I really like the narrator's accent and voice.
Really Amazing, they love their daughter
What a beautiful view !!!
Birds don’t get taught to fly, just like we don’t get taught to walk. They and us just do it instinctively!
Beautiful video. Nice to see dad helping. ❤
A very inspiring story. Practice makes you perfect. ❤️
Glorious.
I love the music :-)
I 00 you
It's called Andean music. Look it up.
Louis Armstrong used to sing
"What A Wonderful World"
And it truly is.
Wow Absolutely Magnificent!!! It's a wonderful day!!! 🦅💖💖😀🍁🌲
Man, if i could be any animal, it'd be a bird.
daspense yes
I be a wolf
If I can temporarily turn into any animal, I'd love to be a whale to be honest, especially blue whale or maybe bowhead whale. I'm thalassophobic though, not gonna lie, but I doubt your brain would be the same once you turn into a whale temporarily cause you're technically the "thalassophobia monster" now.
i a wolf or werewolf
Being a bird in a nutshell: “Fly or die! Fly or die! Fly or die!”
I want wings!

I wonder where this sort of information is stored on the TARDIS.
Cool
How did they ever get such footage?
They went to South America. You can see condors in many countries, including Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. As its name suggests, this bird is present on the whole Andes mountain range.
Looks like she's afraid of heights. 75 MG of Risperdal prescribed daily. She should be flying in no time, but will stay up high so she doesn't have to see the ground.

American Bald Eagle: "I like fish a lot."

What a coincidence: my bestie’s dad’s name is the same name as the narrator
I came here to understand the nature. It is in the nature to be pushed and forced to use a loved ones superpowers, but it is normalised between us humans to stop and tell the people who try to push and force us for same reason and tell them "I don't want you to help me! I don't want to learn!" but the reason is they're scared to be uncomfortable for a while in order to learn.
"the bird that never leaves it's nest, will never learn to fly" same with humans "A humans that never takes risks, will never improve and reach their dreams". It all starts with ourselfs.
This cathartes is like a rooster!..
Lulz "Fly By" ohhh its a fly by run run
man this makes me wanna play testing A on roblox
The real life version of Icarus and Daedalus
They look like to be celebrating for her first flight.
So 'effin cute
Andean Condor South America Seven Continents
This is amazing!! Butbaby bird fly it's only 6 so could it fly so I guess adopt birds on the way away from them until they are six then they could run out to fight and then when they are 10 they could have their own baby 🐦 and do they just marry another bird so the daddy bird could have a baby???
Didn't interest me. Then I saw 'Narrated by David Tennant' WATCHED.
Careful Mr. McDuck, Bradford Buzzard may be to his old ways again. These new world vultures could be F.O.W.L agents.
RIP Ducktales reboot 2017-2021.
Oh gods why didn't You give us humans wings to fly like that? :(
Birds make a ton of comprises just to be able to take off.
On average their pectoral muscles are about 15% of their total body mass, I'd really recommend taking a look at the anatomy of a bird, it's truly fascinating to see just how massive those muscles are.
Once in the air birds aren't as free as one would think as they mostly use currents to stay afloat, researches have been speculating that birds like the albatross are flightless on calm days.
Bigger and heavier birds have the most restrictions when it comes to their flying (humans would be very big birds) I've been looking into a little something for fun and the closest thing to a human with wings that ever existed was the Argentavis Magnificens, it had a wingspan of around 6 meters and an estimated body mass of 70kg so if we were to take these numbers an average ish adult male would need a wing span of around 6 meters, that is also without considering that the muscles in those wings would either have to be unrealistically strong or the human body would need tons of extra muscle just to take off.
Let's say that this would happen, now you have unrealistically strong wings on your back that would probably tear themselves out if they were attached on 2 points as it's commonly shown in fiction.
So yes, now you have wings, you can take off but you have to use a lot of force to change direction mid air because you have no tail feathers to firstly easily change direction while flying and secondly because you have no tail feathers you will either have to fly incredibly fast or incredibly slow to stabilize yourself, both of which will use tons of energy.
If anyone who knows more has some corrections for me, please don't hesitate to point them out, I'd love to learn something new!
@@FriedTurkey yes, i get what you say here, there is no way to have wings without compromising our very form and nature. Obviously I was thinking in a more angel like wings you know the kind you only expose when you need to feel free and fly. Fly... But well, that's only a dream. Thank you for the information.
Because you would make even the Heavens a place strife and war.
demented bbc with demented music of course
