- After tons of you requested this game, we have finally played Remnant: From The Ashes. What a blast this game has been, bringing up all sorts of nostalgia from arcade games and of course our favorite series of games. But does it make a good co-op game? Tune in to find out.
Remnant: From The Ashes was released on PlayStation 4 on August 20th, 2019. You can play it on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.

I found this game randomly and it has been everything I asked for in a Cø op experience !!! But you never see it suggested by Anyone it makes no sense . It’s a hidden gem

Ok, Just finished my first session with my brother. We played almost 5 hours straight. Pretty fun game. And yeah, we are kinda dying a lot because we are playing on hard. 10/10
Love to hear it! But also yes, you will die A LOT if you stick to a higher difficulty. We played on normal until we finished our first play through and that felt good for us if it helps.

Remnant From the Ashes how to fix unknown error while checking multiplayer feature access
My brother is a souls-like fan. I'm not. But this game seems really good to play together. It resembles a little bit of Strange Brigade, but darker and harder. It's half price on PSN now, thinking about getting it.
Oof for that price, it’s a steal! There’s a ton of replay value. And if you get your brother to play with you, it’s a blast. Glad you’re considering it!

I miss my coop buddy :( we played together through PS3 and PS4, but he's now more of a PC gamer and I got a PS5 at launch. He says he's gonna get one eventually, but I've been playing solo for a long time now.

i got the game on epic games, i've wanted to play it for so long but i never had any friends that has the game on epic games or wants to play, i'd love to play through the game but not without someone else i wouldn't enjoy it that much
How does progress work across players. Will it only be saved to the host?
Good question! Experience, gear, and weapons are shared as well as achievements/trophies. Your progress in the campaign is not shared. However, it really doesn’t need to be when everything else is shared if you get what I’m saying?
Great review, did you guys experience any lag or fps drop on console?
We faced lag here and there but nothing worth mentioning. I’d say expect it rarely but don’t worry about it running your experience.

Why does it say on the PlayStation store on the main game co op 3 player and then 2-3 online co op? Thought it had some kind of split screen
Not sure, their wording is weird at times. We can confirm, there’s no local/split screen co op however. 1-3 player online only.
@@TheCoOpBros damn, anyhow it’s £23.99 for the complete set on the store and the only 2 games on this January sale is Days Gone or Remnant and I don’t have ps plus to go online and wondered really which game is best to go for in 2020?
We haven’t played Days Gone, but heard it’s pretty alright! If you can’t play online, you’ll definitely miss out on some of what we love about Remnant. But for we’ve heard both DLCs are great and it’s still a great solo game. We’d recommend Remnant for the DLCs and it has massive replay value.
My friend and I kind of liked it but that weird labyrinth level and all it’s sub levels took all of the fun out of it. It was just way too weird and we never knew where the hell we’re supposed to go
How’s the difficulty scaling with co-op?
Does anyone know how to do this game co-op with epic games? Because it isnt working.
Sorry pal we played this on PS4 so we're not too experienced with the Epic Store. It should work similarly with a friend starting a game and then you joining their server from the main menu. Make sure you're both Epic friends? Hope that helps!

Hey thanks for watching! If you're referring to random people you're playing with online, then the way to add them may look different depending on your platform. We played this on PS4 so we can tell you that under the Friends tab on your console there's a section titled Players Met. That should list the people you've played with.
Can you split screen on the same ps4 in the same room? Like call of duty
Unfortunately it is not split screen!
I've played it: some on my single session (1 player), with friend (he as host / 2 players) and with same friend and his son (son as host / 3 players) - the game was little different each time. And still It's not enough, the game should be several times longer.
Is the multiplayer similar to the multiplayer in the division?
Kinda! The format of the games are pretty different but it’s flexible in the same sense that you can party up relatively easy and I believe there’s drop in drop out
The gameplay resolution in this video looks kinda off
Hey thanks for watching! Can you give us a time stamp so we can see what you mean? Things should be at 1080p60, of course sometimes the game isn’t running at 60fps but that’s mostly out of our control.

It's up to 3 players!
I have a question that you may have answered but I didn't get it. If you play co op do your friends that are playing in your host/world progress with you in terms of bosses, ingame progression, etc...
OR
Is it like dark souls where your friends can help you but they can't progress.
Hey thanks for watching! The answer is no, only the host will be progressing their campaign. The other player will get credit for the boss, trophies, weapons, xp and pretty much anything pertaining to their character. But their campaign will not progress. Since we decided to play this together, we pretty much designated one player to be the host and it worked for us!

We would definitely recommend that! You can play the game solo, but it really does make for an excellent co op game if this genre is your cup of tea

if you die does this game kick you out and you have to be re-summoned by your friend like dark souls does? talk about annoying!
You can revive each other and what not, it has the modern conveniences that souls games do not have.
