Hi guys! This is my weekly meal prep for another week on WW (Weight Watchers).

This is a GREAT idea…I’m totally inspired to make these boxes for next week! Even though I work from home, having these ready to go would prevent the endless snacking/grabbing I have been doing. I’m going to run to Walmart and get those containers and make these for next week! Thank you!

The containers were the best investment I made!! They are light to travel to and from work and it fit everything I wanted them to fit!!

Packaging touching my food doesn't bother me. I think I come into contact with a lot more germs during the regular course of my day. My food touching each other though, now that bugs me. 🤣 I actually have two Corelle plates that have built in dividers so nothing touches. I don't leave the house for lunch, but I often do these bento type lunches but just on a small plate (picky plates is what I call them). They are my favorite types of meals. I love how yours all turned out!

I just now finally got a chance to watch all of this!! I can't wait to do another one of these. I'm loving the one you did with the pepperoni! I have little pita pocket minis that might be good for that one. I did pizza pinwheels one time - maybe I can combine it somehow. Great prep, Jess!!! 😋😋

Just found you and subscribed. One thing with the lunches is cut the cheese stick in half lengthwise and wrap each one with the turkey. Use some low cal salad dressing to dip it in. I use Bolthouse ranch. Yummy.

I baked a HUGE tray of chicken breasts, (Costco sale) each one a different seasoning. I made Waldorf salad with grapes & walnuts out of one, froze several others & will enjoy the rest as either Mexican or Italian style meals. Also did peppers/onions/zucchini/mushrooms on a sheet pan in the oven so I can add them to bulk up meals.
Have you tried a neoprene compression knee sleeve over your knee? My Tommy Copper one worked wonders for me. Online instructions for where & how to measure for best fit, then sometimes Walmart carries them in the sporting goods section. hope you can get some relief soon.

Love your videos. I wipe wrapping down with sanitizer wipe then let dry then it is OK if it touches other things. Just idea in case you wanted to try it.
No idea why I didn't think about doing that!! I have a ton of wipes that I keep in the kitchen - thanks for the great tip!!

I may look for the plastic container for this - used my large glass square one and by the time I had a breakfast glass container and a lunch one, my lunchbox was heavy!! I really enjoyed eating my yogurt and then just snacking on the nuts, blueberries and cheese. I did bring a banana for morning snack that I will eat with a tablespoon of Jif no added sugar PB. I don't know what my calories are, but my sodium is rocking! 170 used out of 1400mg, so 1330mg available... Well, it's 11:49 and I'm beginning to get hungry. I think I'll start getting my lunch out soon - no set time, just whenever I get hungry. I'm going to put some no sugar countrytime lemonade in my water for lunch. And, I have fruit for snack this afternoon, along with 1 piece of SF dark chocolate.. Fish, salad, small baked potato for supper. I am getting it back together - thanks to you and Kristi!!
haha! I do prefer the glass containers - they definitely last longer, but yes it does make the lunchbox heavy!!!
Where do you get Kodiak pancakes already made?
Sometimes Walmart has them. Usually I just get the waffles since they're easier to find

I was able to get Kodiak waffles at Save Mart and the at Walmart I saw neither
How expensive is weight watchers
My health insurance pays for mine 100%. I believe the app only version just the basic tools is around $20 per month.
