Thank you for all of your help with the understanding of Apostilles. This is very informative, and you definitely gave a lot of information and broke it down. I'm a new subscriber to your channel.
this was really good, you did a great job explaining this. Quick question: what do you do if the document was notarized incorrectly and what are you looking for to ensure it was notarized correctly? I"m new and learning lol
I've had people ask me if I perform apostile but they have no idea what they need. These people were here in the U.S. but needing to send the document to Mexico Sounds like automatically, this should be performed as a federal apostile, right?
Got my first Apostille on yesterday! Client walked in with a POA already translated and photo of his passport all already notirized in SC. I just need to send this off with return envelope to have it apostille correct?
question, so the document is notorized, the apostille is not verifying the authentication of the docement instead the authenticity of the notary? am I right? just wanna make sure, thx!

this was really good, you did a great job explaining this. Quick question: what do you do if the document was notarized incorrectly and what are you looking for to ensure it was notarized correctly? I"m new and learning lol
I believe you would cross through that notarization and initial then attach a loose leaf notarial certificate completed correctly
My customer wanted to sign a POA in Washington to send to Mexico. So, is the first step to notarize the document then start the apostile?
Yes, you are correct.
Thank you so much!!!!
You are more than welcome! Thanks for watching!
thank you! god bless you! 🙏🏽
You are so welcome!
Thanks so much for this information. Well presented and super helpful!
Thanks for watching!
Appreciate your doing this. How to authenticate a signature on a document when it needs to go elsewhere to obtain apostille?
There are more steps involved. Thanks for watching!
I've had people ask me if I perform apostile but they have no idea what they need. These people were here in the U.S. but needing to send the document to Mexico Sounds like automatically, this should be performed as a federal apostile, right?
It depends on the type of document they have.
When you say the notary signs the document, do you mean the notary signs the notarial certificate?
Yes, who is the official who signed the document. Is it the notary or someone else.
When do you know if a document needs to be translated>
The client will usually let you know.
Got my first Apostille on yesterday! Client walked in with a POA already translated and photo of his passport all already notirized in SC. I just need to send this off with return envelope to have it apostille correct?
Correct! Hope everything went well!
I have a client needing a copy of the DL and passport is that something I can do prior? This is going to India
Sorry for responding so late. This is something you should be able to assist with. Were you able to help your client?
What is the notary(myself) notarizing? Example birth certificate, marriage certificate etc?
You are not notarizing those kind of documents
Can I pay overnight if I don't have a notary or carrier person?
Yep, that's an option.
question, so the document is notorized, the apostille is not verifying the authentication of the docement instead the authenticity of the notary? am I right? just wanna make sure, thx!
Correct. Thanks for watching! 💕
Lol you a trip
Lol. Thanks for watching!
Not pronouncing it correctly, uggh
