This video was enjoyable to watch because of how casual it is. Sometimes, people like to show off and talk about the features of their bikes at their own pace. This was a well-made custom Honda Shadow VLX 600. Complements to Joshua.

Great looking bike Joshua, I started the same myself, learn to weld doing a VT600 chop, best way to learn and you get a chop at the end of it. I'm on the electrics now. Thanks for the look round, always good to see other bikes close up and how each person does stuff and hides bits 👍

Having owned several Harley Davidsons, Seeing Honda Builds is more Interesting to me lately. I remember back in the day when you saw as many Honda chops as HD chops.

Yo LNSPLTBLVD, I would be totally proud to own this build. Bought my wife a new 95 VLX 600. She grew up riding. I told her it was too small but she loved the style. After a few long trips, she bumped up to a Honda Magna V4 750. Awesome V4. We should have kept the VLX. You Meet the Nicest People on a Honda Valkyrie. Keep the Shiny Side Up.

Hi i have a 2002 shadow vlx but my CDI its not working so im looking for a new one or if i can put another one from another bike any recomendations
So the question is someone is looking to get into choppin.. should they get a shadow to start? Get a Vulcan? Or go for a sportster? I’m leaning towards shadow but don’t like the double wishbone top tube

Would a flux core weld hold the hardtail frame as well as a TIG weld? If not, I'm put $150. 😅
Depends on the thickness of the metal and the amperage your machine can run at, but in my years welding, I've used a flux core to hardtail frames, sure
