You can faux brass coat the screws, you use a brass wire brush and a propane torch, heat up the screw and while it’s hot you brush it, the brush melts and leaves a layer on the screw, there’s a few guys on UA-cam that show how it’s done, it’s not perfect, but will add the feature that’s wanted at least

I'm trying to clean up my bars. I've removed the turning signals, and high beam indicators. I installed a switch in both spots one to start the bike and one for the horn. I'm installing switches under the tank for the blinkers. I have to have them to pass inspection, then I can take them off. Anyways, my question is what to do with the two wires coming out of the clutch and the two that come out the brake lever? I obviously have to keep the brake lever which I should be able to hide inside my bars, but I don't know what the deal is with the clutch wires. Does it have something to do with the bike being in neutral,or the kickstand? If so how do I get rid of it, and the bike still start ? Does anyone know,or can y'all give me some advice?

Real shit on this info. Clean the whitewalls. Go get some art paintbrushes of different points and widths. Then get some black shoe polish. Black letter your whitewalls with whatever you want. Use letter stencils if you need to. If you need to clean the edges of the letters up, white shoe polish. It doesnt run. It doesnt fade. It soaks into the rubber and bonds with it. Ive been doing this for years without telling anyone my secret. Ive also taken white polish and mixed it with paint for colored letters. Its a legit process. Your the first Ive told. Secrets from Savannah, Ga. Keep two wheeling brothers.👍🦅
