      No.
      U will have to plan yourself.
      Take high protein diet and do not eat junk food, fried , alcohol or smoking

    Hello Sir,
    I play cricket and I have been facing issue for 4-5 months that whenever I have to throw ball from over arm my lats started aching but when I throw under arm it doesn't pain. I also do spin bowling and can move round my hands but does not pain. I would request you to please suggest me or make a video on this why it is happening with me. Please help me sir.

      I think you have stretched a ligament or a muscle. You need to relax and take a break. Then need to develop muscle strength and flexibility before going full out

      Yes possible
      Plan your run and work on technique and breathing. Work on increasing your speed overall rather than run very fast on short distance

    Sir as I complete 400m regularly in partice..... And stop... My legs get so much pain.. It won't even allow me to stand for 20 minutes..... And after that I can't even walk properly... Please suggest me what is that sir.. Plzzz.. How I should stop this..?

      Probably you have less strength and you are trying to run too fast. Slow your speed and start strength and flexibility training. Work on complete body development. Eat high protein diet. Never run in pain
