Probably not. Thoughts while driving
In this installation of Bad Drivers of Los Angeles, we have red light runners, people yelling at me, me yelling at people, obviously pedestrians, cops out for blood and we still have not seen a blinker used to date, please advise!
Also can't believe it's really been 20 videos of this. I started this as a weird hobby to counteract my road rage and am so thankful how many of you watch these videos. I kid you not it gives me sanity knowing there are so many others out there like me that are sick of such terrible driving. One day when we all have automated cars we will be able to laugh about this. Until then...

I saw an old woman do the same thing as the Prius at 0:17 in front of my work on Wednesday but she actually hit the oncoming car. There was no way she could have missed seeing that car besides being senile. Luckily the other driver reacted fast so the cars only had a few scrapes.

Because they don't care. The 101 in between Burbank and Westlake Village- Maserati after Maserati in stop and go, vicious traffic, never signalling and almost always on phone. If you have enough, what's another new ultra-luxury car?

6:10- Someone tried to do that to me on route 52, just drove straight through them. No, private companies cannot enforce traffic laws to their own will and you can't get in trouble for not listening to them, unless of course they were told by the government to do that.
I'm happy to have you back sir! I'm visiting into LA in September for a volunteer experience at Paramount Studios so I'm anticipating a string of clips worthy of their own episode.
The Prius driver at 0:17 was beyond words, how do these cars manage to attract so many bad drivers? ; meanwhile, the biker at 0:45 would have done well to keep their thoughts to themselves ; next up, the Rolls Royce & Aston Martin at 1:30 got me excited, I love looking at cars like those ;
What the hell is up with the small truck driver at 1:55? ; next, I must say that that is one entitled Land Rover at 3:45, or "Lane Rover" as Dallas Dashcammer has called one ; I occasionally park like at 5:15 if I'm not sure that the Jeep is within the lines (courtesy); now at 5:45, this is a fine way to not make friends with drivers in LA; finally, the Nissan(?) driver at 8:30 looked like an obnoxious encounter.

Thank you for the reply & you're welcome. I don't doubt that Hollywood will make for some nice drama. It will likely generate its own episode. Dashcam Extraordinaire started me on the idea of doing write-ups for the videos I watch. Since I'm so devoted to dashcam driving as hobby, I thought this would be a nice way to give back to the community and help encourage that content to shine.
Imagine my luck last Sunday when it turns out, the drivers I encountered were "okay" for the most part like everyone heard I was on my way and decided to behave nice. Most of the driving was on the freeways until I exited from 101 to Melrose Ave for a straight shot to Paramount. Oh well, less stress that way.

0:28 I was just in LA & was on the freeway haha 2 dudes racing n between traffic passed us right up on both sides one in a charger one in a Pontiac but the Pontiac guy took a exit turn off the freeway

Hahah I love that. Yeah, there is something infuriating about watching these over and over again myself, yet also it does give me a sense of calmness. I think being able to watch what happened again gives more closure to a situation that was infuriating at the time.

I too wondered if that truck and the 1/2 stop sign were really legal. I could not figure out what was going on so I know you were wondering. LOL
Now we have the woman with the red blouse the reason she was walking so slow was the fact that she had on those ridiculously high shoes! Why would any woman in her right mind subject her body to that torture? I've never understood that and I'm a woman.

Hey man, this is some great and very entertaining driving compilation content! Keep it up! I will actually be in Los Angeles during Labor Day weekend and I will get to drive around there! As bad as it may seem from your videos, I'm actually kind of excited to drive in LA to get a feel for how driving is there. Plus I myself am somewhat of a car enthusiast and enjoy driving, and I will be renting and driving a luxurious 2017 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG so it should be fun! Do you have any tips for me for driving out there in LA?? I'm from Florida myself so I've definitely have had to deal with bad drivers and have experience in driving in gridlock/bumper to bumper traffic on Florida Freeways/Highways and have had many dangerous experiences on side streets and suburban roads with cyclists and pedestrians.
My internet is so crappy that it's been 15 minutes since I started watching and I'm not even five minutes into the video lol

I've seen some pretty short light as well, they're for crossings and once they changed from green to yellow, then back to green.

Drivers of Los Angeles here in RI blinkers don't come with the vehicle I think it cost an extra 10 cents to have them installed and a lot of people choose not to pay extra money (or so it seems)
If videos like these don't give you anxieties and pisses you off, I don't know what will.
Regarding the guy with STOP sign.. Lorry needed to reverse in heavy traffic so it was the safest option so you don't need to swear about law when you loose 10 seconds of your life. I wish you one day in shoes of lorry driver mate.
so when the cops do something about a reoccurring traffic problem its a bad thing?
I think it's silly because they ticket people in situations where it's not creating a dangerous driving environment per se, rather that they know it will happen and is technically illegal. Therefore it's an easy way to write a ticket, but not really solving any problems.
I mean when you got your ticket driving on the median to get to the turn lane creates and dangerous situation where if someone else were to do that and so on someone will eventually pull out and cause a crash and we obviously don't know exactly what the cars were pulled over for but it seems like that's what is was.

Rolls Royce is usually more expensive. Only exceptions are Aston Martin hyper cars.
And all of the customizations drive the price up even more. I always forget how absolutely massive the Phantom is until I see one.
I think that's interesting because I never find an Aston Martin that eye catching.

Are you legally allowed to stop traffic? I'm a volunteer firefighter, and I'm NOT allowed to stop traffic. Has to be done by a paid Firey, Police, or senior officer. Certainly not a wanker with half a Stop sign.
