    This put me into a great sleep and I struggle with sleep so very appreciative. And today I didn't have my usual afternoon chocolate bar - I thought of it and was like I don't want this. Weird, or its this video. I will keep listening each night and let you know how I am going. I have 10 pound I want to loose.
