Praying for you! Depression and anxiety are usually more common in cerebral people (myself included) and we can get so caught up in our head that things spiral. Please make sure you are spending time barefoot in nature to ground yourself. Remember to be in the present moment. You can listen to or read or meditate on Gods word while you do this. Anxiety is a worry of the future and depression is regret about the past. Even when you say present statements about yourself (“I am so dumb”, it comes from an assessment made from past experiences). Make sure you are not opening doors to dark spiritual attacks by not watching/reading/consuming media that is violent, negative, profane, or revolves around dysfunction. It damages our spirit and allows Satan the legal right to torment you, regardless of your prayers. Put another way, you cannot tell someone to get out of your house if you’ve handed over the deed to them. You might feel like you should be able to “handle” consuming negative things like that, or a little raunchy comedy or suggestive sex scenes bc you are an adult, but you were not made to “handle” it. You were made to be holy and honor Him. Be blessed. ❤️

Even in your worst fears of fear itself (and that's really what it is right? the fear that the fear won't go away?)
Imagine the worst case scenario, don't run from it and then it will lessen it.
Hand it over to the Holy Spirit's hands entirely.
I once spent a couple of years with crushing darkness, obsessive thoughts & such deep fear that I felt paralyzed inside.
It was free floating, but mostly there all the time.
I confess that some ssri's did eventually lift it a bit along with therapy, but in that time before that I read the most insightful book
I've ever come across.
It was not a self help book, but more of a philosophy about when we experience the darkest depths of the soul.
What helped me immensely with the book was that instead of it telling you what to do to "fix" it, it talked about the
psychological reasons those periods can have meaning & how to look at it when it's happening.
It demystified it to a great degree & instead of focusing on the fear I started focusing on the lessons & growth within in, sort of.
It's hard to explain, but if you want to at least maybe read excerpts online (they probably are online somewhere, it's called
"Care of the soul" by Thomas Moore.
It isn't new age btw, I loathe that sort of gobbledygook feel good stuff, it isn't that at all.
The writer was if I remember correctly; once a monk & a theologian with human behavior background.

Jesus Christ healed me! This is my story about my healing!I was extremely ill! I had diabetes and kidney failure, which urgently requires dialysis! I prayed to God to heal me, not for me, because I don't deserve it, but for my little children, who were left without a mother! in exactly that day, in which I prayed, the Lord healed me! I suddenly felt the pain in my kidneys go away, as well as the dryness in my mouth (diabetes). I'm a new women now! I thank the Lord for His mercy and love for us!!!!!!

Lord be with you and everyone else, we are all in this together, I have been feeling this rollercoaster called life for the last few years. Had a few breakdowns, meltdowns, falls, and just letting it all out and whenever I'm feeling like there is no hope I start praying, and let me tell you, prayer is so powerful it's so amazing it gives me hope and faith and I always get emotional thinking about how amazing God is, and Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I had the exact same thing just a few nights ago. I knew it was all in my mind, but still I could not escape the captivity the anxiety had on me. May I ask if you have found another way to deal with it?
@E unfortunately, I've tried several kinds of medicine and it didn't help me but that's a personal experience maybe it would help you. I've basically gotten to a point that, what i feel physically is what I am gonna deal with until I overcome it. Idk what time line that would be, but hopefully sooner rather than later. I'll put you in my prayers, I know it isn't easy ❤️ I wish you the absolute best. I know we can grow past this :) love you.

I’m on meds this past 15 years and I went to the doctor last week and he asked me”do I always stick my tongue out like that when I’m talking” I said every nite I feel like I’m going to swallow my tongue so he gave me more meds to stop it from happening….their only working for the pharmaceutical companies

Going through major anxiety right now that it’s almost impossible to function normally. When I finally fall asleep it goes away only to return as soon as I’m conscious. I’m sorry. My doctor prescribed Citalopram for anxiety. It’s a lifesaver! (No more panic attacks, no more anxiety attacks, no more depression.) I moved from a stressful situation and it helped in an amazing way! Found new activities! Hope for you. ⚓️

Then remember that we are in the world but not of it and God promised to heal all our diseases, all of them and we surrender to that healing power. He infuses the medication with healing power. Thank you Jesus for taking us through this journey of healing mind body and soul. We receive your love which is balm for our souls

Its limiting my life.. i have no motivation.. i struggle so so much falling asleep.. i am addicted to my phone.. i lash out at my family.. i have self harmed in the past and have had suicidal thoughts far too much.. im struggling with my relationship with God.. and wasting away my teenage years with worry and sadness.. Lord help me writing this while having a panic attack and unable to sleep

In regard to recent events, if any of you have been through childhood trauma, reach out, share your story with someone you trust, you are not alone,our hope and healing is in Jesus, not anyone else, God bless you all ❤️❤️
I try to give it all to Jesus in daily morning prayers and let myself examine why the trauma and cry it out. For so.long, I tried not to cru because I thought Id never stop, but it easier now. Heal your inner child and so much should relieve your mind and I also use relaxation breathing to calm the sympathetic nervous system and visualize Jesus wrapping His arms around me as He did in the hsopital and it saved me there. Why not at home? Use these audios and solfeggio audios w binaural beats which w prayer to raise your vibrations.
