I eat steady calories, but 50% of them are protein, 35% are carbs, and 15% are fat.
I do vacuum exercises daily
And 20 minutes full body exercises
A bit easy but still nice, can you show the comments before the exercise starts, as I don't read during the exercise

Good video. But is there a specific reason why you think it is necessary to claim it is a 20 mins workout, while the actual time (excl warm and cool) is almost 30 minutes? A bit unprofessional I think.
