I got this chair for around 13.5k from amazon 2-3 weeks ago, there are few things I want to mention : 1) Armrest is not upto mark yes it hurts my forearm & elbow most of time. its not plastic it has some hard cushion but its feels like plastic which does hurt. 2) Backrest design has some issues, those "curve" part on both sides hurts my stomach from back both sides ( I don't know how to explain this) i just saw at 6:49 in your video you sticked some plastic (yes i am talking about that part for both sides) 3) for me its almost 95 degree , its not exact 90degree don't know why. i wish it should have come forward till max 85-80 degree as i used to bend while doing work. this isn't con at all. 4) it does sweat very little but it does. 5) my headrest does not touch my back head while i work i seen same in your video too. Other than these issue, chair is really great I am still not sure why it has so much hype, I literally thought to return it.
@@uchihasasuke6748 Its not that bad but for me price should not be too much, they increased price after covid, in between 10-13k is a good price. one best thing about them is their after-sale support, I got rusted armrest after showing pics they replaced it free of cost & recently chair got rusted friction sound since 1st month actually so I recently raised the issue, earlier they told me to buy & use rust spray, I got angry then they sent technician he did some tweaks & noise is gone. another good thing is back pain is not much now. they recently launched some more chairs with same price & there is not much comparison on it, one should consider that too.
