Suspect shoplifter in suit stopped by group in Scottsdale

- A man accused of shoplifting from Marina Jewelers in Scottsdale is detained by a group of men. Police arrived later to take the man into custody.

This type of thing is going to start happening more and more. As people are tired of these criminals not being held accountable for their actions. Time for the criminals to be treated like criminals. Time for them to be hog-tied and put in shackles in the center of the town square. With a big sign that says they are a criminal and not welcome no more.

That's the responsibility of the store owners. If they are too greedy to pay for their own property protection, why should anyone else? Vigilantism is not a valid solution in a civilized society. Owners need to take responsibility for their property, not the customers.

Isn't personal responsibility a conservative ideal? Stop protecting business owners that rely on customers to protect their product. It's sick. If the owner does not care to defend their property, why should I? I am a gun owner, I protect my property. They can do the same.

This is the second high profile jewelry store robbery within the past day where citizens stepped in to help.
News Headline "In Scottsdale AZ vigilante men oppress black man on street. In Scottsdale today a family friendly black man was trying to get money for his family took some needed goods from a store. 4 Vigilante men were seen on video holding him down. Police spokesman said we can't have citizens doing things like this. Blacks have been oppressed for many years in this country. All 4 men were arrested and will spend 5 years in jail. The innocent black man who's name has been retracted for concerns of his safety has been hailed a hero and given a mural and statue for fighting for injustice. BLM commented and said this is the kind of racist stuff we need to fight in America. Donations are open. Please support BLM. We need more mansions.

Documentation of evidence to protect citizens. I might have done the same in her shoes, especially given the races of citizens/shoplifter
