    Lol. You don’t need to be a law enforcement ‘expert’ to see this for what it is. A gang related battery and assault on an innocent man minding his own business. Never ceases to amaze me how cops are so concerned with due process when investigating the very obvious crimes of their officers yet this poor victim got no due process at all before getting bashed and incarcerated for 24 days without committing a crime.

    One point (a minor one, but still valid), is that this occurred in August, when temps were 115* F! Who in their right mind would push a person's face into 115* asphalt??? To me, this is a case of 200% over-aggression by LE. The (so-called) "officer" literally jumped out of his vehicle, in full ATTACK mode, then tells the LIE that "he felt threatened"!!!
    When are the police EVER going to be held LIABLE for their bull shit lies, fully captured on camera?!?
    I predict these 2 cops will wind up "retiring with full benefits" from the Phoenix PD INSTEAD of being FIRED, then being hired in Mesa, AJ or Tempe, so they can continue their violent, bullying tactics!!!

    The answer to your initial question is 'no'.
    The DOJ has already outlined this type of behavior in their 126-page report. This is not an isolated incident, and if you honestly want to live in a police state, where you can be assaulted within 0.5 seconds of encountering law enforcement, I don't know what to tell you.

    Why is no one criticising the judge who justified the polices criminal actions?!

    • @SASDPNV
      @SASDPNV 8 годин тому +1

      They were not criminal actions. The guy did assault two peace officers and even though they sucked at how they approached the situation they were still assaulted. The guy did strike an officer multiple times and he bit the other officer. Regardless the guy broke the law and the judge did his job by not overstepping his role. The judge found probable cause for the charges to proceed to a trial and there was probable cause as defined by the Arizona Revised Statutes. It is not the job of the judge to get emotionally involved and make a decision due to political pressure. The judiciary does not answer the the public in these aspects, they only answer to what the law requires and what the higher courts give rulings on. He as to be objective and not subjective.

      I know what has happened. America has been telling children that morality doesn't matter, that we are all descendants of monkeys, has been murdering children in the womb, has been electing perverted reprobates to serve as government officials, and is full of people saying, "why is there so much violence in America now?". And I promise you that it will only get worse, because so many people in America want their ears to be tickled instead of hearing and abiding by the truth. There is no going back, because even many of the people who know where these problems are coming from have too much pride to make the appropriate changes that they should have made long ago. Their too concerned about what the neighbors might say. They are afraid of persecution. The vast majority of Americans in 2024 seem to not care that every four seconds, 24,000 people die of starvation throughout the world. But if somebody overcooks their steaks, we all get to see how capable of caring about their own bellies they are. Look at the two options that we have to vote for for the presidency. That is a reflection of what the American people care about. One candidate claims to be a Christian, despite owning strip-clubs, loving money, and embracing a shameful amount of arrogance. The other candidate utterly supports the murdering of children in the womb, perverted sexual activity being called good and wholesome, and telling the children that do survive the womb like baby turtles survive their journeys from their nests to the ocean that homosexuality is good and normal. You said you don't know what has happened to spike such an increase of police brutality in Phoenix, and I have presented you with only a few of the very obvious reasons that things are becoming as they are. In addition, I would like to point out that Americans don't want to hear real preaching of God's word (the King James Bible), but instead want to have their ears tickled by disgusting false prophets. Also, the rainbow flags flying outside of those filthy places claiming to be churches signify nothing but the prevailing of corruption and wickedness in America. Many people in this country are upset about a man being beaten by a couple of corrupt pieces of trash that hide behind now meaningless badges, but they don't care at all about murdering children in the womb. Many people in 2024 America have been tricked into believing lies, and are choosing to call what is good, evil, and what is evil, good. There is no longer any hope for this place, America, which used to be a country that greatly glorified God. The video of those monsters beating that poor man is nothing more than a demonstration of what happens when the wicked flourish. When you see one cockroach in a house, it is a sign of an infestation. There is only so much time left, and I hope you will use it to get yourself and others to be living for God. If your not already a Christian, I want you to know that you can be 100% certain that you are going to heaven when you die. There are many lies told by Catholics, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Jews, Muslims, people who claim to be Christians but aren't, and many others about how to get to heaven and salvation in general. Here is the truth: The only way that anyone goes to heaven is to believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus for salvation. Only by trusting in His precious blood and perfect work does anyone go to heaven. The good deeds that I do in my life get me rewards in heaven, but they are not my entry-pass. My ticket into heaven is trusting in the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus for my salvation. You are my neighbor, and I want you to remember... ...I love you very much, but much more importantly, God loves you much more than anyone else ever could. That's why He became one of us, lived a life without sin while being attacked by the devil, and shed His perfect, holy blood for us. The Father, the Son Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is God. Three beings, one God. The devil works very hard to confuse people about who God is, and to make it seem like God isn't who He truly is. God could have sent all of us to hell, because we are all descendants of Adam and Eve, who sinned in the Garden of Eden after having been lied to about God by Satan. But God chose to be merciful, and to provide a way to escape hell through Christ Jesus' holy blood. It is my hope that you believe the truth, and that you don't get tricked into going to hell forever. It is so easy to be saved, and that's the way God made it, because He loves us. He did all of the difficult stuff, knowing that none of us could do it. Only Christ Jesus lived a life without sin, and it is only by trusting in His death, burial, and resurrection for salvation that anyone goes to heaven.

    Is it possible that there is another point of view that many are overlooking?? The cop goes to the store to investigate a complaint. The first man says he was assaulted by the second man but the cop doesnt know what really happened so the cop goes to the second man to find out his side of the story. The cop has to find out who assaulted who. He calmly asked the man to stop. At this point the cop doesnt know the man is deaf. The man walks away from the cop after he asked him to stop. The cop tries to grab a hold of him to question him. The cop didnt approach swinging his fist. He approached with open hands trying to grab him. Both cops did the same. Watch on UA-cam and slow it down to the slowest speed. Watch their hands and also the shadow of their hands on the ground. You can see they initially are not fisted. They must determine the point at which punches were thrown. Did the man gain a posture as if he was going to fight and the cop responded with fist instead of a gun?? The second cop stated the man bit him. The cop doesnt want to contract hepatitis. Did he punch to get him to stop biting?? Maybe the second man did in fact assault the first man at the store. That could explain an aggressive posture towards the cop. Dont judge one cop by the wrongs we've seen others do. We have to keep an open mind and find the truth. Let everything be heard. If we dont then we are letting our society down.
