We tried this on Friday in Richmond. 5.5 out of 10, at best.
That said, CiCi’s has a very unique niche: all you can eat as long you can accept the “it’s good enough” mindset. 🍕

This sounded bad from jump, your review just confirmed it. It’s a shame how you mentioned that everything CiCi’s releases is marginal at best. I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise for what it is but they could be better.
