      because I can do step 1 and 2 easily but i cant do step 3

    Hey, which muscles are the most involved in lifting the butt in step 3? Is it stille he shoulder? I can do tucked planche but I fail trying to lift the lower part of the body up. Cheers!

      How is your lean angle? Its different from people to people like someone like me who has long torso length but short arm leg length needs to start in a more open downward dog like shoulder angle for maintaining the forward lean. While people with the oppesite longer arms longer legs the oppesite of what i exactly of what i told planche the lean angle is very body type length depending which also affects things like press handstand planche press variations. But if want to press up into a handstand try to start in a more open downward dog shoulder angle keep arms elbow pits externally rotated keep the weight into the fingertips palm middle of hand = Backside knuckle area when you are into a tuck planche sink into a slight bit of depression into the shoulders from protraction making the lower back arch slightly using it as momentum for pressing up onto a handstand

      If you want it?so i can make a video showing how to do it with strength instead of flexibility Arm bending is acceptable in the beginning as long as one is conciously trying to reduce it over time
