2019 Mustang BULLITT Goes To The Track

We take the 2019 Ford Mustang BULLITT to the drag strip. We had traction issues all night, I did not show the time slips.
1st run:8.9
2nd run:9.2
3rd run:8.9
Its been a best of 8.5 on a different night. All times are 1/8 Mile.

Noticed you seemed to not use track or drag strip mode, looked like the "Normal" display gauges. Throttle response is noticably quicker in track mode. Have you tried launch control yet?

Yes it mainly just "feels" faster due to throttle input so I just leave it in normal mode lol. No I have never tried launch control!

How did you do the tint and vinyl bullitt on the front windshield

Man I have no experience with 1/8 track times but where the car would really shine is a half mile event since the car makes its power in the upper RPM thanks to the Shelby GT 350 induction parts. Mine made 470 at the wheels with a tune only and resonator delete👍🏽👍🏽

svt89 the track prep wasn’t very good that night my 2012 fbo coyote went 7.1’s so I know it has more in it lol but it had a radial on it and stick shifts and radials don’t mix

Ls1balt i could only manage a 8.9 the track wasn’t prepped very well the best it’s been is a 8.5 @ 87mph
