what is the brand of tub you use?
Wow, beautiful ideas.nice tile and I love when people make shelves built into the wall rather than have it sticking UT of the wall and to add tile on each the shelves and put nice blue LED's behind it and the speaker behind u with the TV in front for the bath tub jacuzzi thing 💙 I love this.i am going to build a loft/cabin this year and this video definitely gave me some ideas thank you for making this video
I like this dude. Down to earth. He Don’t over complicate 5hit...
I literally laughed out loud on the "I'm always good at painting the ceiling" comment. Classic! Absolutely love how this is coming along. From one electronics nerd to another, Bravo!
Thanks so much!
@@Trialnerror do you have any DIY videos or playlists for this custom luxury shower or showers in general?
This is absolutely beautiful! Omg! I’ve been buying things for my bathroom for years and it’s just been piling up in the garage because I still couldn’t figure out exactly what to do with our tiny little bathroom but this just inspired me. Thank you for sharing ❤️
Thank you very much, that means a lot to us!
OMG, a TV bathroom goal. Your wife is one lucky woman😻
I had to hide and watch this video like it was porn so my girlfriend wouldn't see it. That's the last thing I want to hear is "ohhhhh make me a shower like THAT!" I have enough projects on my plate. But yeah man, fantastic job. It looks small but beautiful.
LMAO, thanks man I appreciate that!
Lol 😆😂
this is absolutely incredible
That looks awesome. Really making me want to tackle my own bathroom remodel.
Great job
Beautiful! Very clean execution. I'm sure your back will enjoy the tub.
That's the plan Chris! Thanks as always buddy.
This project in all honestly is STUNNING! and inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you very much for the comment and for watching!
Wow just great looking amazing
What a man husband! Great job!
The bathroom isn't worth it. I'm a PITA most of the time :)
@@Trialnerror Oh I believe you're worth it. This is beyond gorgeous. I'm going through this right now with my builder. I had a devastating fire a little over a yr and a half ago. I bought all the fixtures myself, he and his plumber aren't happy. But I love it.
Well done.
Great job. Looks incredible. 👍🏿
Thank you! Cheers!
This is beautiful, I luv it🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Awww thank you very much!!!
This looks beautiful bro I would love a bathroom like this.
Until now I have never seen anyone else besides myself put their bathtub inside their shower enclosure. If only I had a TV!
Yea, with the tight space we thought it was a good way to make the most of it!
Spectacular job my man 👍🏽
Much appreciated
Wow nice job
Awesome job!
Thanks!
That's cool, very nice work
Thank you!
Wow I wish one day I can design at own home something like this! That's so matching my idea of bath. Though I was thinking of jacuzzi format for 2, the weight consideration made me rethink to a bath format.
Thank you very much, I really appreciate the feedback!
Great video. Gonna check out episodes 1&7 now!
Thanks Jonathan! Really appreciate the views man!
lookin slick dude! we're fixing to start our own BR reno, but its not gonna be anywhere near this exotic.
Thanks man! Good luck with your project. Nothing to it but to do it!
That’s awesome. Really well done. Not my cup of tea, I’m more of a rustic decor kind of guy. But I can recognize skill. Plus: shiny !
I appreciate you being able to appreciate a different style from what you like. Thanks for taking the time to comment...oh and why does everything have to be shiny...;)
All that work I think I would just live in that area. LoL
About damn time eh
LOL, damn right eh
Liked 4 seal!
First! Yes! Hope everyone's doing well during these tough times!
My dream
what jacuzzi is that? I'm having a hard time finding 1 person tubs.
Hi, I was wondering if you are still happy with your whirlpool tub. Any issues that you are unhappy with? I'm buying one this weekend on amazon and I wanted to makes sure I get one that will last. Thank you very much for your advice.
I was worried about buying one on amazon too, but it's been perfect. No issues and we use it a couple times a week.
Great job.... 1 slight criticism... I would of used a diffuser around the LED lights in the tub. Hell of a job!
BTW, every time I shower I look at that and think the same thing. One day I'll go back and do just that.
@@Trialnerror Quick question what was your experience/skill level when you started?
@@risingphoenix1484 This was the first bathroom I've ever worked on. I suppose I'm (relatively) handy with most things but this was new to me.
Question: I have the same whirlpool bathtub, but I have problems with electrical wires, because there’s no instructions and very bad customer service. How your connected the 2 wires from bathtub to the electrical panel? What’s amperage and voltage?
It's just 120v so hot to hot and neutral to neutral. Just make sure you wire it on it's own circuit to a GFCI breaker. It needs a 30amp breaker.
Brill! I need to check out these (presumably waterproof) speakers. Also, i hope you get a really good silicone seal on the TV. If the TV gets warm during use, the air inside the cavity will want to expand and escape, when the air inside cools it will want to drawn in air, with potentially moisture in it. Its the reason why a lot of rope light (non LED) fails because of the cycles of heating and cooling outside and getting is fully sealed is critical.
Excellent point! If you pause the video at 9:49 you will see a long thin vent that looks like it's for forced air HVAC. It's actually a vent for the TV's hot air. I also have low vents that can draw in fresh air on the low side of the pocket but that's in a cavity below the tub and behind the wall.
I’m watching every video and this looks so sick. Omg 😳. If you don’t mind me asking, how much did this total project costs. Asking before I see the description
Thank you so much I really appreciate that. It ended up being about $7k for the whole bathroom and that includes absolutely everything from big fixtures down to the baseboard trim.
@@Trialnerror I think that’s money well spent. Have you found that everything gets wet when you guys take a shower in there? Have you since put up some type of barrier up to cut down on that?
@@blakejordan4364 The tub stays nearly 100% dry so it's not much different than a typical stand up shower. I think the rainfall showerhead has a lot to do with that. The water falls naturally vs. coming out like a jet and bouncing off your head.
I can’t find pt 1 lol
Wow 🤩thats its looks amazing 🤩 how wish i can find someone like 👍 you to do my Jaccuzi back home 🏡 in Philippines 🇵🇭 new subscriber watching from kuwait 🇰🇼
Thank you very much and thanks for watching!
Skylight your vent too? I'd be worried about moisture.
In one of the earlier episodes I showed a pretty crazy 6" inline blower exhaust fan. The fan will suck the chrome off a bumper. The skylight does open too but that damn fan is a monster. Thanks for watching!
@@Trialnerror thanks for replying, I subscribed a long time ago and never got video notifications so I'm catching up on a lot of your work!
@@xephael3485 Awesome man. Thank you very much for the sub. I really REALLY appreciate it!
how much
Where did you get the tub?
Amazon, Link is in the description
Holy fuck !!! That house is gonna sell expensive
Do you need permit to do this?
Probably but I'm not the guy to ask about permitting lol.
...for the worth of it all...my trials ARE errors...and when I do decide to use my brain for the "no brainier's" its to late and to fix the "no brainier's" it will generally require a professional who will inevitably charge double to undo those "no brainier's"...and then there's my wife..."I-tried-to-tell-you"...💋...yes dear...as I'm "pondering" over couple 🍺's...
And what could possibly go wrong...plenty...electronics in bathrooms...the moister will win...my 2¢...
How much u charge me
