I love that you fixed the underlying issues with the mold, unlevel floor, and rotted plumbing rather than just painting over a turd. Some people say they take pride in their work and with others you can just clearly see that they do. You're the latter. It's a beautiful bathroom. Nice job.

Brings back memories 4 yrs ago. Only bathroom out of action for 3 mths. DIY by 65 yr old single woman in rural Qld Australia. Bathed in river, dug a long drop toilet in yard. The satisfaction to be able to soak in the tub at the end of a day makes it all worth while now
I would one million percent hire this guy. It seems like it's harder and harder to find quality work and people that do it right and take pride in getting it done correct and not cutting corners. 🔥🔥🔥👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

They're trying to finish 1 job as quickly as possible so they could go to the next one. So a lot of times they cut corners
I found this to be the most satisfying thing I’ve watched in ages. His perfection and know how makes it all look simple but I know it’s not! Seriously need to hire this guy for my impending home remodel. No one here does this kind of job. They cut a lot of corners and try to overcharge for shoddy work.
I watched every single minute. I wish that I could hire you and your crew to redo 2 bathrooms, the laundry room, and pantry room at my house. I need about half the updates in my bathrooms that you required in your bathroom. 20 years ago I had them all redone and now age and wear is showing. Thank you for your time and dedication, knowledge and hard work to create this really great video post. I plan on catching some of your other posts as time allows. Man, you've got a keen skillset!
For those of you who haven't done renovations like this yourself, all of those measurements, cuts, framing, plumbing, tile placement, wiring etc, can be a challenge by itself to get right. You did it all and it turned out wonderfully, great job man 👍
My fam helped renovated my home from the ground up and it took so time because you had to always make sure you had the correct measurements and I think it took abt 7-10 months
This was interesting to watch. I was so impressed by how much you knew about construction and how you didn't cut any corners. Great example of quality work.
This is the best remodel I’ve seen. Not because of how drastically different it looks but because of the skill and care that went into it. No waste, no tearing out walls carelessly with a sledgehammer, but carefully removing EVERYTHING and doing things right
My ex had this level of competence. He did a great job renovating the bathroom in our flip house. This takes skill & commitment to finish it. Way to go!
This remodel is so satisfying to watch! I am extremely impressed with your attention to every detail. Your labor of love is evident all the way through. The outcome is absolutely magnificent! Great job!
I think my OCD is most impressed with how clean he kept his work space throughout the entire process. Even down to the sweeping!!! Jesus please let my husband have these skills when you bring him to me. We'd live DIY happily ever after. LOL
Can I adopt this guy. I can’t find anyone in my area to do anything this amazing. So much detail and I love the way he actually takes the dry wall down and not try’s to just cover it up and he even used all new installations. He is obviously a perfectionist and they are really really hard to find anymore. Great job!!! I’m more than impressed. ❤️
so true, but I became hooked when the door was switched and walls were torn out, floors taken up and it went on and on, so satisfying to watch I had to stay to the end! The best!
The behind the scenes effort to insulate the entire bathroom before adding the tile and paint was spot on! Looks great and is function in so many ways.
Wow. This gives me a whole new level of appreciation for what you guys do and how long it can take to do things properly. Thanks for showing the whole thing in one video too!
When you first opened the door, I was like: “huh, that doesn’t look bad?” until you started pinpointing out details like the shaky sink, worn-out heater cover, molds, and uneven floor. I’ve never taken back what I said that fast. The end result tho, holy shit. It looks very modern and clean (and safe).
I just finished my bathroom remodel and I must say I have a new and high level of respect for people such as yourself and all the skills that are involved. It’s amazing how such a small room requires so many painful hours to complete. Super awesome job and thanks for posting. Great Timelapse. You definitely showcased pro level skills.
I'm sitting here stressing about painting my bathroom and a few other updates i want to do...feeling overwelmed like where to start...i watch this first to get ideas...now i'm exhausted. What does this guy not know how to do? Beautiful job!
As someone who is currently remodeling a bathroom very similar to this layout with the cast mains, I loved this. The only thing I am doing differently is pulling the tub, remove the wall there, move the water lines to the other side and put in a corner shower to make the bathroom feel much larger
I install unbroken polyethylene between drywall and entire wall. Keeps warm vapors from condensing between outside and on insulation. Excellent workmanship.
I’ve never watched a bathroom remodel before. I had no idea how complicated it would be. You must have worked for hours and days! It looks so beautiful! Love your choice of tub tile color. Great idea to put in sliding door so it shows off that tile.
No short cuts here. A real pro!! Unless you take it down to the studs in a old house you will continue to have the underlying issues (mold, rot etc.) Beautiful remodeling project.
What an excellent example of how much a small space like this can be made more user-friendly and dramatically improved visually. It was truly enjoyable to watch start to finish, Matt, and really like the wall color you chose. Can't wait to see the next project, sir.
As someone with a visual issue, I really like that you did the shower niche in contrasting tile. That means even when someone's in the shower without their glasses they can still manage to see where the niche is. Also plain glass doors like that are way easier to keep clean than the frosted ones. Good work!
I had those frosted glass shower doors and I hated them. Heavy as lead, hard to clean, and that track, hard to clean and a haven for that nasty soap scum. I had them removed and the maintenance guy said why, they are not broken, blah-blah-blah. Best decision ever. Eyesore gone!
Dude. I can’t say enough great things about this video. You did everything right!!! From the wiring, plumbing, flooring everything! That bathroom turned out perfect. Great job man!
This has to be the most satisfying thing I've watched in years. Man, much respect to you. The end result was amazing and you didn't shortcut to get the job done. That's pride in one's work. Nicely done. I'm forwarding this to my old man who was a carpenter by trade. He'll love it. God bless.
This guy makes things look easy when it really hard, by the details that this guy work, I think he really love his jobs and did a responsible job, not just doing to fill in the blank but build things with his heart. Respect 👍
That is what I call PROFESSIONAL WORK!! The attention to detail and the fact that he took the entire bathroom into consideration was PRIMO!! If I could give him a hundred likes on this, I would.
My bathroom looks pretty much like the before, tiled ceiling and all. I had it in my head I could do the remodel myself over the summer and save some money. After watching you and what an amazing job you did and how much work it is, I realize I am definitely not skilled enough. Thank goodness for people like you who have the patience and tenacity to do a job well done!
It was nice seeing how you always cleaned up after a section before moving to the next. You did a beautiful remodel and so meticulous about your work that's awesome to see.
It’s guys like him that make me want to subscribe, I respect the hustle, I’ve been in the construction game for so long and just watching videos of people doing things themselves at home you can learn a lot from them
Hustle means both "a state of great activity" and "a fraud or swindle". I'm having a hard time deciding which one you mean, as they could both be true in the construction biz.
@@rudolfantler1732 I was referring to “a state of great activity” the content in which the guy uploads shows no signs of “fraud or swindle”. If you were to watch his videos you’d realize how hard he works to accompany everyone’s needs such as where he is transforming a bathroom but allows the bathroom to be fully functional at all times so there is no complain from any party. Inturn this makes his job a lot harder and stressful but he still goes out of his way to accompany the people around him.
@@Ned-rb5zd I can tell he's hard working, but I know little of remodeling.. He could not do things up to code. Use the wrong/cheaper materials. He could leave important steps out. He could be charging too much and make it look good, while its actually primed for leaks and mold. It looks legit, but I wouldn't know. Neither would most customers. Thats why, to the untrained eye, he could be both. I'm happy you cleared it up tho

My fam helped renovated my home from the ground up and it took so time because you had to always make sure you had the correct measurements and I think it took abt 7-10 months
This was interesting to watch. I was so impressed by how much you knew about construction and how you didn't cut any corners. Great example of quality work.
Yes it was. No doubt about that! Hard to find these days, sadly.
This is the best remodel I’ve seen. Not because of how drastically different it looks but because of the skill and care that went into it.
No waste, no tearing out walls carelessly with a sledgehammer, but carefully removing EVERYTHING and doing things right
I’m impressed by your remodel technique of taking things apart and cleaning instead of bashing everything with a hammer. Great job!
The craftsmanship is on another level, Everything by the book and every step taken care of with no cut corners wow.
My ex had this level of competence. He did a great job renovating the bathroom in our flip house. This takes skill & commitment to finish it. Way to go!
Putting up a floating shelf was a huge operation for me that I still messed up. This guy has mad skills.
Those things are diabolic. Mine is floating towards the floor.
This remodel is so satisfying to watch! I am extremely impressed with your attention to every detail. Your labor of love is evident all the way through. The outcome is absolutely magnificent! Great job!
That is amazing to hear! Thank you, Cheri!!
I think my OCD is most impressed with how clean he kept his work space throughout the entire process. Even down to the sweeping!!! Jesus please let my husband have these skills when you bring him to me. We'd live DIY happily ever after. LOL
My words exact!
I’ll share him with you
Me first!!😂
WOW! No bad design or repair issues are safe from you! 😂 Salute my guy, salute, just beautiful!! 🤩
Absolutely amazing. I had no intention on watching this video in it’s entirety but I couldn’t turn away. Great job!
so true, but I became hooked when the door was switched and walls were torn out, floors taken up and it went on and on, so satisfying to watch I had to stay to the end! The best!
same!!
Exact same
The behind the scenes effort to insulate the entire bathroom before adding the tile and paint was spot on! Looks great and is function in so many ways.
Wow. This gives me a whole new level of appreciation for what you guys do and how long it can take to do things properly. Thanks for showing the whole thing in one video too!
wow! I love tub space... and I can't believe you can rejuvenate it by cleaning and painting. Love the combination with wall tiles.
Yesss! This remodel was incredible. I've been looking forward to the time lapse to see all of it come together in one video.
Thats exactly what I saw too and reacted. :p
he really just knows the definition of “modern” this is too beautiful .
i like that you kept that tub. it's just a nice looking tub. plain, but with a little simple flair to make it not boring.
WOWZERS……….A Construction Artist!! You are the man! Beautifully done sir💯💯💯
Yes, that is the PERFECT description for him!!!! You hit the nail on the head lol dumb joke :)
The backstory to this is he went into change the lightbulb and realized changing the whole room around is what would really brighten up everything.
Not gonna lie, I’ve actually had moments like that and have changed my whole house at 2AM because of it lol
That or He went in to shave and cut himself looking sideways in the mirror.
How did yours come out
This guy is a legend! The sheer extent of the ability, the thoroughness and cleanliness is A++!!!
I'm sitting here stressing about painting my bathroom and a few other updates i want to do...feeling overwelmed like where to start...i watch this first to get ideas...now i'm exhausted. What does this guy not know how to do? Beautiful job!
Give him your the job and pay him after
Man I feel so relax watching the whole video even it’s in fast speed.
Beautiful bathroom! Amazing talent and skills. My question is is how did you make the bathtub look like new?
Thank you for the awesome video👍
Wow - cleaning as you went, fixing underlying issues, and (apparently) keeping the bathroom functional most of the time! This was a great video.
29:44 MAD SKILLS BRO !!!! Buddy painted that white frame without painters tape and did not get any on the blue wall !!!!
it's actually not that hard, but takes a little practice and patience for sure.
You're amazing! This bathroom REALLY needed remodeling (even for health purposes!) You did a great job. I had fun watching this.
When this video first started, I was so confident I could do this then 10min mark came and I’m like ok dude is a professional lol
You do insane work, holy crap! You make it look so easy but I can't even begin how much time and skill goes into doing something like this! Just wow!
Appreciate the support! 😀
This has to be the most satisfying thing I've watched in years. Man, much respect to you. The end result was amazing and you didn't shortcut to get the job done. That's pride in one's work. Nicely done. I'm forwarding this to my old man who was a carpenter by trade. He'll love it. God bless.
That makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside 😁. I really appreciate it. Thanks for watching!
You are so unbelievably talented! There is NOTHING that you can’t do.
I have no idea how I ended up here but this was so therapeutic to watch well done it turned out amazing!
Watching this 3 years later and you did such a great job and made it look easy. Love the tile detail around the niche!
Just the change in the door layout made a HUGE!! difference. So amazing how a little goes a long way.
This guy makes things look easy when it really hard, by the details that this guy work, I think he really love his jobs and did a responsible job, not just doing to fill in the blank but build things with his heart. Respect 👍
You have proven yourself to be a valuable human being. Breathtaking.
I am sure it came to your mind to rebuild the whole bathroom better than repair; cutting , fixing , resealing --- a huge work. Good job my friend
That is what I call PROFESSIONAL WORK!! The attention to detail and the fact that he took the entire bathroom into consideration was PRIMO!! If I could give him a hundred likes on this, I would.
This is the only one video more than 30 minutes and no ads ..👍👍👍.. simply great work ...and what an effort and amazing work .. speech less
Why does mine have ads -_-
My bathroom looks pretty much like the before, tiled ceiling and all. I had it in my head I could do the remodel myself over the summer and save some money. After watching you and what an amazing job you did and how much work it is, I realize I am definitely not skilled enough. Thank goodness for people like you who have the patience and tenacity to do a job well done!
Wow! I have a whole new appreciation for all the work that goes into a total bath remodel. Utterly gorgeous!
This is my favorite time-lapse you've done. It's such a spectacular transformation. You do great work!
Great to hear, Lee! Thanks for the feedback!
It was nice seeing how you always cleaned up after a section before moving to the next. You did a beautiful remodel and so meticulous about your work that's awesome to see.
Wow, you are amazon bro, I hope I find a crew as good as you when I do my first rehab
This is the motivation I need to work on my own cottage. Great series and I appreciate your way of fixing things the right way.
Can we all just appreciate real quick how talented this man is
It’s guys like him that make me want to subscribe, I respect the hustle, I’ve been in the construction game for so long and just watching videos of people doing things themselves at home you can learn a lot from them
Hustle means both "a state of great activity" and "a fraud or swindle".
