Straight up and down , at the lengthened state you can pretty much hold that all day since the tension is not there , same as above head , once it reaches the lowest spot the tension is no longer there . Instead of straight UP AND DOWN push the elbow out and away from the body , so your more pushing DOWN AND OUT , Same thing goes for above head , bring the cable HIGHER on the machine so your pushing out and away at the top movement ! Squeeze at each ending point

Hard to get peak biceps when you genetically have full biceps. Ronnie vs Lee Priest who do you prefer. I prefer Roonies genetically peaked biceps opposed to Lees full baseballs. You are not given a choice when it comes to genetics. Can you change your height ?

Just wanted to say there is no such thing as biceps peak's specific exercise since biceps peak is 99 % genetics : if u don't have a peak, you will never have biceps peak no matter what you do :)
Hey Guys quick question: Is it preferable to do exercises for one muscle (like here triceps) after each other or alternate between biceps and triceps exercises so the muscle can rest for one exercise to get more power for the next designated exercise?
IMO, for hypertrophy, it best to prioritize and focus on one muscle at a time, to keep the pump going. If you want to increase strength on a particular muscle, then alternating may be a better option.
If you do biceps after triceps you've already lost some energy so the biceps workout will be weaker. Put your priority earlier in your workout if you don't alternate. Or maybe do triceps first on one arm day and biceps first on the other.
