Yet another Swedish cover of the winning Dutch entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1975, "Dinge-Dong" originally performed by Teach-In. Written by Dave MacRonald, Dick Bakker & H. Waltheim. Swedish lyrics by Olle Bergman.
The final was held in Stockholm and it was the 4th victory for The Netherlands. It would take another 44 years (!) until it happened again.
Kennys was a danceband from Nybro, Småland who started touring in the late 60s. The liner notes of the album state clearly that all music is performed only by the members of Kennys Orchestra. (There was a big debate about this in the 70s where regular dance bands often recorded covers of international hits using professional studio musicians rather than their own members). In 1975 Kennys were:
Karin Warsén (vocals, backing vocals), Åke Hansson (guitar, saxophone, vocals, backing vocals), Kenneth Köhlin (organ, piano, synthesizer, strings, backing vocals), Lars-Erik Andersson (bass, backing vocals) and Pelle Jonasson (drums). Karin, the singer also was responsible for the layout, illustration and design of the album cover sleeve.

@@MickeHje Hey thank you so much . I’ve just watched your post now and I remember watching this film. Never connected the two songs 😧 I love Eurovision since I was so young . Wel I’m in my sixties now . I love the original version by Teach In from the Nederlands. Oh the good old Eurovision days . I’ve got them all on my disc . Great music , great times.
