LOVE! As always I love the options to up the intensity where and when desired. I did most of them half and half which felt great. To anyone else doing this I recommend shoes if you don’t have good padding under you (I did not wear shoes and think I will next time)! Great exercise and surprise sweat!!

Such a great workout! I'm so happy I was able to 'jump' into this one after taking nearly a week off working out! I did the high intensity exercises for most of the video. I'm pouring sweat! 250 calories burned! Love it! Will definitely do this one again! 💪

Day 3 of the July workout. For anyone wondering if they will get a good sweat with this, uh yes. I only increased the intensity when it was to add lunges or squats. I didn't do any of the jumping and my heartrate still got above 153 bpm and it stayed around the 140 mark.

Oh my goodness 😅 this was intense and so good. Added wrist weights and did the full jumping Jack's. I might regret that tomorrow 😂😂😂. Love the outfit❤
