Yes it takes ages for beans to cook. Using pressure cooker for African dishes is a lot of easier. You can even use it to pre-cook meats such caw feet, cow skin, stripe act. End result looks amazing, on my way ooooo

Mine is called instant pot, has buttons for rice, meat, poultry, chilli, porridge and so!! So I use it to cook everything apart from cooking soup 😂😂 No time for wasting time and electricity bills
Pressure cooker helps a lot and more faster but I am honestly afraid of it because of its hazards. I gave out the one I got as a gift during my wedding. Possibly I will.buy another one seeing how you use yours to cook beans just in 15 minutes
