Here is the reality - they may do that but still decide you are not worth coming back to and they’re actually happier moving on without you and intending to never come back. That is perfectly healthy and okay for them. You need to move on and do the same. I am living proof of that. :)
My ex said those things when they came back the second time. They discarded me again and ghosted me😂 I don’t think those are signs they deeply loved me. They just told me what I wanted to hear which was those things on the video - it’s very manipulative.

What about if he says well now you can start dating and move on. He’s trying to give me permission to move on? And in the next breath saying you can call me sometime if you want. This was after 45 days nc.
That statement seems his pushing you away and trying to see if you will stay or go...but of all the videos i watch the only way DA realized that they love you and misses you is to move on...when they feel they can't have you and your not interested that's the time (nostalgia kicks in and kept on wanting you)

I am feeling much better, its sorts of hits me that i have to move on enough crying over someone who doesn't even deserve a second chance, after my 1 breakup he contacted me 3 months after, i responded and obviously i got back to him but it was one and off kinda relationship, i didn't know how nc works that time i was 17, but now i changed my phone number so he does not contact me, because i deserve so much more than being just garbage for him, i am not a toy or doll, i am human being beings who deserves the same respect and love.... I am curious do exes come back 2 time? he said to me i will always be his little baby girl before nc i went
Live your life. Focus on things that you wanted to achieve as an individual. When you feel great about yourself, good things will be attracted to be in your way. I guarantee you that. I had experienced a very painful breakup before. And the same things I mentioned, has given me blessings that made me proud of myself. You can do it too. And you can do it better! Cheers!
