EM beautiful highway i hope the drivers take it easy slow down and live don't be in a rush to go no where fast. Your reporting on the quake was very informative sad to see the destruction i hope the PM extend help to the citizens that had losses🎉🎉🎉
If Jamaicans had the contract to build these roads it would take 10 years or more and whenever it rains di road dem mash up with numerous pot holes, and it’s the truth.
Nobody can deny how good this part of St. Thomas looks. This area alone has received an overhaul in appearance in such a short amount of time. I guess they just have the side road left to asphalt
Welcome back mi G. You come back with a banger. WOW. No words to explain. Those who know what is was before, you know the level of improvement this is. Amazing work.
Well speeding should help the government to pay off the CHEC loan if the police enforce speeding. Full up dem pocket a ticket and tek the buy license apprentices off the road
Honestly me a beam with pride for my parish,ST Thomas the forgotten parish as them say, years we a get diss bout pothole and how St Thomas tan bad but look at us now!! big up to CHEC
It is a pity we cant say the same for the Harbour View to Bull Bay leg of the rd.That is a disaster. So they fix the dig up. Hardly any signs on which lane to drive. This week it smooth and lovely, next week it dig up. I want to know who paying for all that mess. Look how many rds need fixing in Jamaica n they wasting valuable material. I hope the contractors r paying 4 all those waste n not the taxpayers.
Yes but please please please don't stop emphaszing the needs for cleaning of the side walks and the Drains. If this is not done then then entire effort will be useless. The Drains have to be clean . On all the roads that has recently done. Harbourveiw to Morant Bay. MorantBay to cedar valley . The MorantBay to Cedarvalley is even worst . Serge Island straight need more Calvert to take the water off the road. And side walks need bushing all the way to Cedar Valley. Please try and reach out to the Authouriies please please. We don't want to go back to where we are coming from please.
Having a HIGHWAY is OK I guess!! BUT!! Why don't the Government have the So-called Chinese fix the ROADS in all 14 Parishes Interiors of the Island. Also has anyone been thinking that BLASTINGS for New Highway that's been done could have TRIGGERED that EARTHQUAKE in St.Thomas which was felt all over the Island. Think about that ppl.
No question in my mind that this Highway has been well done in every respect. I do hope our engineers are learning.
