I try to do this routine at least 2 times a week - it was one of the things that literally saved my lower back from all the new aches and pains that appeared because of quarantine and being at home so much. I've never seen a stability ball workout like it! Thank you!
I've done all the Epic series and this was a struggle! It takes way more muscles working together to keep the ball from shaking. Nice to workout differently from just weights or body weight alone. More stability ball full body workouts please!
I recently bought a stability ball because i thought the workouts wouldnt be as hard... I can barely finish any workout lol..its super hard because it engages so many small stability muscles in the body that were dormant most of my life. I love it but its super hard in the beginning..i dont even dare to do this one yet...omg
I came back to this workout because I love the stability ball. It challenges your muscles in a differet way. I only wish my wrists were stronger! Thanks for this great workout, Caroline! Much love from Canada!
omg, this was so much harder than i thought, my abs are on fire! this workout made me realize i have so much to improve... the pike and leg raises are still impossible for me, but i'm not giving up! i'm definitely going to incorporate this workout on my routine. thank you!

Stick with it! I just completed it complete for the first time ever. Took about 12 tries. I could do about 3 sets of 8 for v-ups before i started to try this. So it might take a bit for people starting from scratch. Starting to see that 6 pack definition now because of this! Thanks! Do not give up everyone!

Great all over body exercises, it works the primary and non primary muscles which is really beneficial. Very advanced workout. Definitely needed round 2 to help refine the movements. Normally I hate workouts where moves repeat but repeated moves were Definitely needed in this workout to help get the moves down a bit better.

Please consider the lyrics when choosing your music for the workout segments. I had it full blast in my room but had to turn it down once my children entered the room. The plank circles and single leg raises were tough. My balance is not the best. I just started using a ball and don’t have it down. Thanks. This was a nice change to my normal routines. Will definitely try it again.

I did, I lead a Zoom workout 2x/week for seniors and was looking for more ideas using the Fit/Stability Ball. You Rocked it! One more thought would be to alternate between muscle groups to eliminate the 20 sec rest between exercises. Cheers

I finally got to do this one and OMG!!! There are stability ball workouts and then there’s your stability ball workout. Not gonna lie. Had to do some of it on my knees. But what a great workout. I tacked this on to an Epic 2 hiit workout and it was perfect. There are some really fun moves in it. It is very challenging and great for a full body workout.😊
I just did this workout this & I must say that it slowly broke me off. I didn’t think I was going to finish the 2nd half, but I bully thru it. After the stretching, I must say I’m feeling pretty good to start the morning

This workout just goes to show what an underrated piece of equipment the fitness ball is especially at the super low price they cost. It also goes to show how, in the hands of a professional, this friendly looking device can cause so much intense pain. 🤣 I’ll definitely be back to do this one many more times, what a great workout. 💪

Caroline! That as insanely Hard.. I pretty much got half of the moves and the other half were failed attempts! The single leg rolls were very hard! I'll have to practice over and over till I can stabilize myself better. Would you consider developing more of stability ball workouts down the line? They are fun, and quite the challenge! Thank you!

It’s a good one for sure. I’ve only done it twice, and thankfully was able to do it mostly in full the second time. Those single leg ext are tufffff!

This exercise is hard right now but I love it and won’t give up! It’s my first day on my ball for awhile.
Plank circles was the most difficult move. I was able to keep up but i need to keep on doing the workout to better my form. Thanks for the cool video
