I have finished another EAH dorm room, this time for roommates Dexter Charming and Hunter Huntsman! They live on the very bottom shelf, and for that reason, it was a bit hard for me to work my way in there and get everything glued on perfectly. Oh well. Hope my daughter forgives me - when you guys make a dorm room for them, I am sure you will do a better job than I did. I've listed out the elements in each character's dorm room below, as well as where I purchased them!
Dexter Charming's side:
* Dexter's bed was already made. I showed it in this video: • DEXTER CHARMING BED RE... .
* Dexter's wallpaper came from Joann Fabrics. It's a light blue plaid pattern.
* Dexter's floor came from Duck Tape that looks like wood grain.
* Dexter's curtains are a long dowel rod, painted gold, and two dowel caps, also painted gold. The fabric is a crushed blue panne velvet from Joann Fabrics. The trim is gold braid, also from Joann Fabrics. The fleur-de-lys wood shape is from Michaels. The curtain stays are a wider gold ribbon from Hobby Lobby.
* Dexter's room decor is just a wooden box painted and decorated to look like a trunk. I got the box from Joann Fabrics. The Stick-abilities stickers are from Hobby Lobby.
* Dexter's shelf is a popsicle stick and another fleur-de-lys wood shape from Michaels. His bookends are golden beads from Michaels as well. The knick-knacks on his shelf come from eBay (the dollhouse book and the camera for Liv), Hobby Lobby (the stickers), and Michaels (the wooden squares under the Creatology brand).
Hunter Huntsman's side:
* Hunter's bed was also pre-made. I show in this video how I created it: • HUNTER HUNTSMAN BED RE... .
* Hunter's hunter-green plaid wallpaper came from Joann Fabrics.
* Hunter's flooring is the same as Dexter's (Duck Tape with a wood grain in it).
* Hunter's curtains are two doll pins from Michaels, tree bark fabric from Joann Fabrics (an Elements fabric bundle), and moss from Joann Fabrics as well.
* Hunter's floor decor is two moss pads glued together to resemble a chair (from Joann Fabrics), a moss rug (also from Joann Fabrics), and a tree trunk from a Liv doll playset (from eBay).
* Hunter's wall decor is a painted wooden shape containing a tree cutout (Michaels), and a corkboard. The corkboard is made of cardboard and cork tape and 4 popsicle sticks painted brown and glued together. The items were attached to the corkboard using brads from Michaels. The butterfly guide and magnifying glass are from another Liv doll playset that I bought off of eBay.
In case anyone is wondering, the "stuffed shoe" that Hunter bought for Ashlynn is a pin cushion from Joann Fabrics. :-)

Yes, that one is coming up soon! I had to clean out my crafting room in order to make this happen! I am planning to make that video tomorrow...hopefully will upload it soon!

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!!! do a gooliope jellington doll bed i know she is the biggest doll yet but she's my favorite ghoul. here i'll even give you some ideas. for the bed itself i think you should have the bed skirt made of fabric that looks like the red and black fabric pieces on her dress and for the blanket you could glue a bunch of fabric pieces that look like the pieces of fabric on her outfit together to make it look like they were all sewn together just like her outfit and she has a pretty basic color palate. red,whit,black,and yellow :)

Yes, I do! I like it, but sometimes it gives me problems exporting long videos. I think it's an iPhone storage issue, but overall, it has really good functionality...

Yeah, I just thought I'd give him a little personality. We don't know THAT much about him and his interests, and what we know is honestly a bit boring! LOL.

Hmm...I probably would not room them together, since they are still in high school (!). But maybe, I might do a Marinette room and an Adrian room someday...we'll see!

I hate that and it takes guts to ask this right now, but a while back you were giving away cerise fabric and stuff.. someone else already got it, so you said I could probably get cedar woods. Hmm...not sure. But I will definitely be making him one at some point. I just am not sure what to do with the dolls that don't have their roommate dolls created yet, like Daring and Justine Dancer (you!). His roomie is Hopper, and I'm not sure he'll ever have a doll. Justine's roomie is Ramona, and again, not sure she'll ever have a doll. I guess eventually I will make Daring a bed, but it will be low priority.

It's Hopper, according to the book "Kiss and Spell." And at this point, since Daring's doll came out so abysmally, I have very low hopes for any boy dolls Mattel does decide to create...but yes, it's Hopper! :-)
