The ironic thing about Rise and Shine is that a later short in the season, The Donut of Shame, took the concept of Patrick on his own for most of the episode and actually made it pretty good
iKillerZombie That’s because Patrick was not only treated as if he had some degree of common sense, but also a conscience on top of that. It doesn’t hurt that it had some tension in it as well.
*****
83a - boredom
83b - annoyance
83c - disgust
@MLG smurf that is an acronym for *B.A.D.*
@@alphawolf6160 no wonder why the 83 is so infamous
How does a 4 minute episode bore you
You know what's funny? When Season 5 first premiered in my country, those were the only episodes that didn't air. Hmm... I wonder why.
Tilemaxosbra Lol, Me too
***** Greece.
Tilemahosbra Can you send your clearly superior quality control over here please! I'll be damned if more shit like Breadwinners comes out!
Same, I never saw those episodes on TV either until recently.
83a Rise and Shine - Left me bored.
83b Waiting - Left me pissed off.
83c Fungus Among Us - Left me really itchy. Seriously, I couldn't stop scratching my body when watching this episode!
Anyway, I really want to see you do a Spongybit on Choir Boys. I despise that episode so much and it's your most hated episode of season 6, PieGuy!
Rise and Shine: incredibly disappointed and bored
Waiting: averagely bored
Fungus Among Us: so bored I almost fell asleep
Episode 83 was probably the most boring point of the series, IMO.
Sean Sohr I honestly thought all three episodes were equally bad. Despite putting the least amount of hate on Waiting, I still think it's incredibly stupid and very poorly written. It's just that I was all burned out from Rise and Shine that I was unsurprised that Waiting was just as bad. For Fungus Among Us, I thought it wasn't quite as stupid as the previous two episodes, but it was even more boring. I guess that it held more of a plot than the last two, but the plot it did tell was very uninteresting. In fact, I think that Fungus Among Us is the second most boring episode of the series (my number one is House Sittin' for Sandy, which I find to also be the laziest).
Sean Sohr Yeah, it was, but I'm not too prone to gross-out. You'd have to try REALLY hard to gross me out. Fungus Among Us was just incredibly boring to me.
Sean Sohr My least favourite of the series is "One Coarse Meal." Honestly, "The Splinter" isn't THAT bad in my eyes. I mean, I think it's pretty horrible, but it's not going anywhere near even my bottom 20.
Rise and Shine - Good.
Waiting - Boring, scummy scumbob
Fu-SCUMBOB.
So these were some bad episodes, but nowhere near the worst. Some season 6 and 7 stuff is WAY worse than this.
The making of Fungus Among Us
Warning: South Park Joke
President: So any ideas
Writer: I don't know, lets see what the manatees come up with
Story maker: Gross out, Mean spirited, itchiness, SWAT team, Gary saves the day
President: DONE, air it on television
Love it!
My friend's reaction to it
Warning: Harvey Birdman joke
The Autistic Knight: I felt something... happening...
Me: In your pants?
TAK: That's right. In my pants.
For "Fungus Among Us," that was the first episode written by Richard Pursel (yes, the same guy who wrote "Ren Seeks Help" on APC).
That makes so much sense
That makes TOO much sense...
Pursel would later write the episode "House Worming", and it's not gross.
@@pinkduskstone1543 it isn't gross, but to me it is prob my least fav season 10 episode, bc it is kinda frustrating and boring. Plus I didn't like how gary kicked spongebob outta his house. It wasn't HIS fault the worms were there. At the very least, i liked the ending backstory with the worm and clam, but it wasnt enough to save the episode. I found whirly brains more boring if anything, i think it would probably be my third least fav episode of season 10 behind house worming, and plankton retires (maybe behind sportz as well).
Except this is 1000000000000000000x better than that “thing”
I think "Pickles" did the extended waiting and time skip thing better. Also, Mr Krab's face during that time were funny
Allow me to demonstrate a bunch of Patrick jokes that are funny because of other characters:
I love you, Chocolate with nuts: funny because the customer slammed the door in his face with a creeped out expression
Taking the hat like a weenie, Squilliam returns: funny because of Squidward's reaction
Wumbo: funny because of Squidward's reaction
Le-de-le-de-le-de-le, Shaghied: Funny because of The Flying Dutchman's reaction
Patrick's wallet: Funny because of Man Ray's reaction
The Ugly Barnacle: funny because of Spongebob's reaction
You get my point, right?
+iKillerZombie I think the "May I take your hat, sir?" quote is still funny with Patrick by himself (as well as the one from Shanghaied).
Actually, at least to me, Even without Spongebob’s reaction The Ugly Barnacle Story was pretty funny.
Then again, I’m also the guy who laughed at this joke from my friend: How do you make a plumber cry? It’s simple! Murder his family and torture him into insanity!
So yeah.
The last one for me is funny even with only Patrick, but I agree at everything else.
Also for me 'No, your other butt' was funny because of Sandy's reaction.
In the words of The Mysterious Mr. Enter:
"People like to laugh, and think, and even feel scared. But nobody, AND I MEAN NOBODY, likes to feel disgusted! If your show is done just for shock, it's going to fail."
Disgust can be used great, but It is usually used for shock, which is one of the most laziest ways to shock someone. You can use disgust to prove just how gruesome an action can be. It's the reason Blood in Fighting scenes are more inpactful without it...
"Send it to Korea!"-Pieguy 2k15
***** South or North? Kim Jong-Un would probably be repulsed by American entertainment.
Spencer Gage Pff, I dunno. Ask PieGuy.
Ok, then...+PIEGUYRULZ, which Korea?
Spencer Gage Whichever side it gets sent to, it's going to be taken the wrong way as an attack by the other side. XD
So if the Korean war is re-ignited, we can blame Pieguy for promoting terrorism :P
Unpopular Opinion: I actually like Rise and Shine.
I forgive ya because you are at least a homestar fan.
***** I thought it was pointless, but at the very least harmless :)

ALL HAIL TROGDOR!!!!
3:07 Darn, I like the funnel
I'd probably laugh if patrick asked if mayonnaise is a instrument, And squidward randomly got a southern accent and said "you better believe it is" with an ugly face.
At least the title “Fungus Among Us” aged well.
AMMONGASSS
The reason why Fungus Among Us is the first full on gross out episode of Spongebob (if you can tolerate the Gift of Gum which I can) is because it was the first Spongebob episode to be written by Richard Pursel (the writer of Ren and Stimpy's Adult party cartoon which is really really gross). At least some of the other post movie writers had a good start on writing Spongebob like Zeus Cervas did Selling Out and Dunces and Dragons and Casey Alexander did Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 6 and Patrick SmartPants
BRRGames I found Gift of Gum to be okay
Fungus Among Us is Okay, The Gift of Gum is Good
He wrote Ren Seeks Help which was Mr. Enter’s worst thing reviewed until Drawn Together The Movie
Not Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon... Who the hell employed that guy to write Spongebob?
That actually makes sense
Now I'm glad we never got a Spongebob Adult Party Cartoon
And guess what I get for an ad above the thumbnails? SEASON 6 ON DVD!
***** UA-cam did it to mock Pieguy and me. :P
***** Lol, it didn't XD
9:15 one of the funniest things you'v ever said
I didn't consider "Rise and Shine" being that terrible until I rewatched it - that constant ringing of the alarm clock and the slow pacing of just waiting for Patrick to do something really makes it dull and annoying! Before that, I only remembered the last bit of the episode of Patrick getting dressed, which I think the sequence is pretty funny.
musicianjoelin I never minded it
I thought Patrick's line: "I need to put on my teeth, and brush my pants" was pretty funny.
Say what you will about "Rise and Shine" but if you get past the alarm clock sound (which to me is not as annoying as our modern day alarm clocks), it's passable.
At least rise and shine was only 4 minutes, and wasted less of your time. That being said, I found it a lot more boring than "waiting" to be honest. I have no idea why either. Waiting was sorta boring, but in my opinion, spongebob's infantile and dickish behavior was worse in my opinion. I didn't find him waiting to be that hard to sit through. I found the episode more frustrating as opposed to boring. As for fungus among us, i have never seen it, but i have heard about it, and based on what I've heard from multiple people, i don't really wanna see it.
Actually, these are my three favorite episodes of all time. They are way better than band geeks or anything from season 1 or2.
No One Ever Gah, you get me every time hahaha
We've been smeckledorfed! ;)
Trololololololololololol
This got me only once, but I laugh every time.
That's not even a word and I agree with ya!
To be honest, nowadays I always avoided Fungus Among Us because of how grotesque, unsettling and just - Oh boy, how unsettling.
A Korea joke and an Illuminati joke? I didn't really expect that from you. I thought they were funny though.
***** Really?!?! Huh. Weird
WHY should I watch a sponge literally just standing and waiting for a toy FOR 7 MINUTES?!
"I need to put on my teeth and brush my pants!"
I don't mind Rise and Shine. But when it comes to Waiting and Fungus Among Us, I'm on Team PieGuy for life.
Why?

Squidward fixes it. Yeah! There we go! Episode written! SEND IT TO KOREA!!!!" -PIEGUYRULZ on "Waiting"
LOL!!!
Or 8:56 to 9:17
I remember seeing these 3 episodes for the firs time. I seriously thought this was a parody on bad show topics. Seriously, getting ready, waiting for a toy and green snot like disease? Did the writers just woke up one morning and decided that getting ready to start your day would make a good Spongebob episode? Or waiting for a package can lead to laughs? This kind of stuff irritates me as normal people like myself have to work 8 hours 5 days a week doing laboring jobs and hard work while lazy people like these new Spongebob writers can half ass their job and Nick rewards them. If I half ass my job, guess what, I'LL GET FIRED. They should as well imo. All I have to say is good luck to you inspiring writers who actually CARE about quality programming because corporate Hollywood only wants what is going to make them money.
Honestly, with Waiting, they could have done a lot. I would have personally like if they did something with Spongebob's imagination running wild while he's standing there bored. That could have been great.
When PieGuy just labels Fungus Among Us as Scumbob: "Wow! A three Scumbob streak. Maybe it will keep going on."
Spy Buddies: "Hold my Chum Stick."
Imagine If Spy Buddies Was ScumBob
"What's funnier - watching stupid Spongebob episodes or watching ME react to stupid Spongebob episodes?"
Me: *SWEATS PROFUSELY*
I like how Fungus Among Us fun fact
Says that there's nothing fun about this episode
"Episode written, send it to Korea!" Oh PieGuy...
Even as a little girl I HATED Waiting. I just did
Based on the title, I originally thought you were going to review 83 bad episodes but this works XD
Opinions on these episodes
83a Rise and Shine - It was okay; nothing terrible but nothing really good; not annoyed by alarm clock
83b Waiting - bad; it's boring; 1 minute of preparation; 5 minutes of spongebob waiting; 1 minute of spongebob and patrick crying
83c Fungus Among Us - kind of liked this one actually; it actually had some plot and tried to do something. (Grossout doesn't effect me after stuff like The Splinter, and other tv shows.)
You know, Waiting's concept frustrates me because I have seen an episode of a TV show that actually kind of makes this work: "Nothing to Room" from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
For one thing, the episode is at least telling jokes that don't just consist of "haha, we're ignoring a potential plot", and tells a couple jokes actually based on the personalities of the two characters. The entire episode is just one shot of the characters' living room, only the two heroines sitting there with some side characters occasionally poking in, and it still works better than Waiting.
I had to re-read the fun fact of Rise and Shine three times before I realized that it was saying the episode was the first to star Patrick and not that the episode was the first to "Star, Patrick"
The stupidity of the townspeople in fungus among us really pissed me off not as much as spongebob's stupidity in a pal for Gary but come on they really thought jumping on the bubble was gonna solve the problem I wonder what they would do if spongebob gave them chicken pox
I agree. Even as a kid, I noticed the problem with the townsfolk in “Fungus Among Us”.
You know, the first few times I watched "Rise and Shine" I never noticed the alarm clock ringing in the background the entire time....
“I’ve got to put on my teeth and brush my pants!”
-Patrick star
I remember really liking Rise and Shine when I was like, 12. So I decided to go back to it with a critical eye. And I still thought it was really funny. I was laughing the whole way through. But that might just be my dumb sense of humor.
Michelle Lehto exactly me
Same here.

Waiting: I remember thinking to myself, "was that's it? that was what this was building up to?". That's like a quick trow away joke in any other show.
I thought "I need to put on my teeth and brush my pants" was kinda funny.

I gotta give "Waiting" credit. They nailed the monotony of waiting for mail perfectly.
my day when i watched fungus among us:
7:00: wake up
7:30-7:41: watch this episode
7:41-midnight: take numerous showers
Rise And Shine is literally just like every single Patrick Star Show episode. Just imagine 50 episodes of Rise And Shine but they are all 11 minutes and you get the Patrick Star Show. If I’ve seen Rise and Shine I’ve seen The Patrick Star Show.
Same thing applies to other Patrick centered episodes of the original SpongeBob.
The only episode here that I find tolerable is Fungus Among Us. It's cute with Gary
If I remember correctly, wasn't "Waiting" adapted from a tie-in children's book?
"This will likely be the only example of it ever happening"
And then season 6 happened.
Michael Reed Season 6 has no shorts. There have only been 2 episodes per production number since Season 5 ended, hence why PieGuy believes this to be the only instance of it ever happening
@@PonmonofNuggetor Season 10 has "Clam Up!"
Can you ever imagine so much grotesqueness in any cartoon episode like Fungus Among Us before?
Well, besides that Woody Woodpecker cartoon “Pantry Panic”.

Rise and Shine - Bad
Waiting - Terrible
Fungus Among Us - Garbage
I'm actually surprised to hear that the short Spongebob episodes are a good idea even in spite of the 83 trilogy.
What they should have done with "Waiting" is making SpongeBob like Squidward, sitting on a chair, sipping a drink while waiting for the toy, him then acting like Seasons 1-3 Squidward and him being punished like Squidward, then, at the end, Spongebob doesn't want the toy anymore. That would probably be funny. 😆
(If you want gross out by the way, watch 'Ren and Stimpy'. 'SpongeBob' should stay 'SpongeBob' and not be a 'Ren and Stimpy' clone. 👍)
"send it to korea" MAN THAT HAD ME LAUGHING

I actual like Rise and Shine and Waiting, but I respect your and everyone else's opinions.
Waiting : Whatever happened to title card saying how much time passed.

*SpongeBob goes to character A*
"Three weeks after that"
*SpongeBob goes to character B*
"50 years later"
*SpongeBob snaps and breaks the toy right when the mail shows up*
i laughed at the send it to korea thing more than the 3 episodes
I thought Patrick’s character was that he was supposed to be a chill, laidback guy, but with amazing physical strength, and his stupidity was just a cute little quirk, as most of the time, he actually had the best ideas, and wasn’t completely brain dead, but instead often thought with his heart, rather then his brain, like in ‘Texas’ and ‘Possibly’ ‘Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy 6: The Motion Picture’
To summarize "Rise and Shine": There's a difference between "dumb" and "slow thinking."
Talk about Hillenburg returning.
He did
If I recall correctly, the button triggers the toy's feature: the head, arms and feet spring out. It's pressed twice: once, which causes Patrick to "break it", and once again, so Squidward can show that it's supposed to spring like that.
9:13 (Episode written, SEND IT TO KOREA!!!
7:30 they couldve put the thing that say "A few hours later"
"Rise and shine" episode is an guilty pleasure. I personally find it enjoying
I don't mind fungus among us, and the patrick one is alright, but i don't like waiting... Like at all

Please review the Steven Universe Uncle / Grandpa crossover!
He has an internship right now, so he won't be able to make videos as frequently as he did before.
I've been aware of that since the day he posted that channel update. I wish him all the best and I hope he does well!
Here's my take:
Rise and Shine: Having Patrick star (no pun intended) in his own episode sounds like an experimental idea, however the idea falls flat on its face on this episode, because like you said, this episode relies too heavily on "Patrick is an idiot" gags.
Waiting: There are bad episodes of a show, but then there's episodes that make you both bored and angry at the same time. Waiting is one of them. When Spongebob has to wait at his mailbox for a toy. This literally made me fall asleep the first time I watched this. Seriously I went to make myself a sandwich and I missed nothing. Then there's Spongebob who just comes off as an unlikable prick. He refused to feed Gary. He flipped Sandy as a way saying of no to doing karate. (Seriously, watch the karate segments in Karate Choppers and No Weenies Allowed and tell me they did not entertain you.) Then he snaps at Patrick like a jerk (who never really did anything terrible in this episode.) Then the rest of it was just Spongebob and Patrick crying excessively. The only saving grace in this episode was Squidward.
Fungus Among Us: This episode was like the warmup episode to The Splinter. This fungus was not pleasing to the eyes and Spongebob didn't do anything to warrant being hooked up to a machine in a bubble like he's some sort of sick genetic experiment. And I saw countless inconsistencies in this episode when Spongebob passes off a part of the fungus to Squidward. Sometimes Squidward, Mr. Krabs and the Krusty Krab patrons see the fungus, other times they don't. And of course, why did Mr. Krabs need to win in the end? He just makes a profit over the fact that Gary is a bottom feeder.
***** Does Season 6 Count with 2/3 episodes in one production number being all Scumbob?
Did you all know that Waiting is similar to a Baby Looney Tunes episode?
The making of Rise and Shine
President: So what joke do you have for this short,
Writer: Uh, Patrick is stupid?
President: BRILLIANT
President: And what is the plot
Writer: Patrick waking up
President: DONE, Send it to our Korean peasants, because we're to cheap to give workers, a decent pay
Why exactly do you think SpongeHenge is worse than Fungus Among Us?
Fungus *AMOGUS*
waiting is so boring I'd rather listen to a pool filter suck leaves, while watching grass grow
I like how the short indicator is the alarm clock from rise and shine.
*also the dead stare the scumbob variant of the spongebob pillow gives scares me*
On Waiting, the only thing I could think of how to make that better would be to have SpongeBob actually do some things WHILE he's waiting, and maybe have him miss the mailman over and over, and end up w/ SpongeBob getting his toy eventually. Yes, I know that sounds a lot like Rock Bottom, but I honestly wouldn't mind a retelling of that episode all over again, personally.
What if the angry video game nerd took Pieguy's place for one day?
Even When I Was 5, These Always Fustrated Me!
***** the thing is with waiting was that it was based on a 12 page spongebob book. So the writers somehow adapted it into a 7 minute short. Which is stupid because nothing happens in that short. Maybe it could've worked if waiting was 4 minutes and rise and shine was 7 minutes but I'm just saying.
Al Bene The book was first? Huh- no wonder it had some minor changes (was that the one where it was a piece of string and it somehow got broken, causing SB to throw it a funeral or something? I remember a SB book like that).
The only SB book I've read was about taking Patrick to the dentist.
Luna D Yes the book was called Special Delivery that was published in 2003. Although I don't remember them throwing a funeral but thats what it says on the Spongebob Wiki (but you know you cant trust anything on a Wika).
Al Bene I remember the funeral part- it made me cry as a kid (which is why I remember it so much).
Al Bene Huh, I never knew there was a book. Thanks for sharing!
Spongey Bits Intro goes Through the Wormhole!
CobaltGameMixer676 Admittedly, I think Rise and Shine is a very light Scumbob if not a low Meh Episode.
When you said "Infamous 83", I was thinking, "83 crappy episodes?" This clarified it! :P And...and...I...I KIND OF THOUGHT FUNGUS AMONG US WAS JUST OK! *cowers in fear* I say that because Gary saved the day in the end and cured everyone. That's about it.
Are the episodes really animated in Korea
Yes they are. That's why he said "send it to Korea"
I know the Simpsons is animated in North Korea.
If they did something with waiting, it may have been good. Something like, as soon as spongebob sends off the tops, he hears about a thief that steals people's mail or something, so he waits at the mailbox. Then, when his friends come along, he hesitantly, but eventually, does the things with them, but wants to make sure that his mail is safe, So it could kinda be like a short episode (Hell, maybe even a blatant copying) of squid's day off. But, I think it'd need more than that to make it better.
One episode I like in this trilogy is rise and shine
Oh my god, the button on that toy bugged me too.
Waiting should’ve been about SpongeBob distracting himself from the long wait of his toy
Thoughts on the trilogy:
A. *Rise and Shine:* Looking at Patrick's perspective, his morning routine seems more like a waste of time due to his stupidity. Patrick putting his underwear on his pillow and pretending that it's Spongebob is really stupid. Patrick staring at objects just to make sure they do as he tells them to do like the can, "Come on, can! Come out to the plate! You can do it!" I agree, this episode is basically Patrick wasting his time getting ready throughout his morning routine. And Patrick just realized the food was in the can, duh! 😩 Then Patrick, while eating his breakfast, realized that he's late so he was in a hurry. He immediately got ready putting his pants on and met Spongebob. The end! My favorite part was the way Patrick was trying to get ready as fast as possible after he ate his breakfast. That would be my highlight. Overall, I give it a light SCUMBOB. Not the worst episode ever, there could've been worse episodes. 😑
B. *Waiting:* Starts off as Spongebob noticing a toy in a cereal box but noticed there wasn't a toy, so he bought tons of cereal boxes to find it. Then later on, he decided to mail the prize and wait. Suddenly, people were about to distract Spongebob from waiting. I'm like really, why don't you just do some fun activities while you wait, Spongebob? Yeah, Spongebob was being too impatient in this episode. He was a jerk to people like scolding Gary over an empty bowl and flipping Sandy. 😟 Then once Patrick gave him the present and the cake from the birthday party that he missed, he was looking for a fork but uh oh, it turns out that the fork was in the present! "Oh, that stupid toy! 😭" Then the mailman came and Patrick told him off. Wow, Patrick! 😞 Anyways, Spongebob opened the package that the mailman gave him and got a cute looking toy. Patrick touched it and it went all springy. Patrick said to Spongebob that he thinks he broke it and asked if he's okay. Then Spongebob said that he's okay for a second and yelled at Patrick. ☺🤬 They both screamed and started crying because Spongebob's toy got dismantled. Not gonna lie, this is literally the most immature moment of Spongebob Squarepants I have ever seen! They both cried together over the toy and Squidward walked in. Squidward fixed the toy by touching it. "It's supposed to do this." What about the button to press? The only thing I would highlight is mostly Squidward in the last minute, especially his last line of the episode, "Moved to another neighborhood." I give it a SCUMBOB. An average SCUMBOB since it's worse than "Rise and Shine." 😤
C. *Fungus Among Us:* Here we go, a disgusting episode that grossed everyone out! I would say this episode is not only disgusting but also mean spirited. First of all, it starts off with Spongebob trying to feed Gary healthy snail food but Gary doesn't want to. Gary saw an oozed fungal slime and was about to eat it but Spongebob scolded him by not letting him to eat it. Spongebob tried to rub it off and started to feel itchy. Spongebob heard someone ring the doorbell so he opened the door, saw Patrick, and Patrick noticed the fungus on Spongebob's head. We get the montage of Spongebob getting ready while having slimy fungus on his head, and Spongebob decided to go to work at The Krusty Krab. Spongebob decided to cover up the fungus he has by wearing his uniform hat and the gloves, and he poked his nose. Squidward saw what happened to Spongebob, called the SWAT team, the SWAT team came to save Spongebob from all the ick, and Spongebob accidentally dropped the ick on Squidward's head. While Squidward was working, he started itching and infecting the customers. He helped Mr. Krabs make the krabby patties so they could feed the customers. Squidward kept itching and itching and realized that Spongebob gave him the ick and gave it to everyone. We also get the scene where Spongebob was being protected by the bubble the SWAT team built for him and Gary. Patrick came to Spongebob's house and he played with Spongebob's bubble. Spongebob told Patrick not to mess with it because he would pop it. And the pirate wrestling wasn't a good idea, Spongebob. 🪝 Patrick built Sponge another bubble and Spongebob decided to go back to work. The worst part, for me, is definitely the fish attacking Spongebob in a bubble. The fish with the foreign accent put a blame on Mr. Krabs, Mr. Krabs said that it was Squidward who gave everyone all the ick, but Squidward said that it was Spongebob who infected all the customers in The Krusty Krab. Poor Spongebob! It's like seeing your favorite lovable hero dying. 😔 They should've known better, Spongebob didn't really do anything intentionally, it's just that these people learned nothing about the disease. We see Spongebob crying while the fish attack him and pour all the ick. No one can solve that problem! They just literally took revenge on him! Then the bubble popped and the ick splattered all over the place. And how did Gary get out of the bubble? Maybe he just broke free and found the solution. The solution? Have Gary eat all of the yucky slime off of the fish. The episode ends with Gary cleaning off the slime so everyone gets cured from all the ick. That was really gross! Judging by what the episode is, I give it a SCUMBOB. The worst out of the three! I hate seeing the fish attacking Spongebob from infecting everyone! Do they really want to get more infected? By far one of the worst episodes of season 5. I'm not that grossed out like I wanna barf, I find it very frustrating. The only thing I would highlight is Spongebob hiding the ick. I find it funny seeing him poke his nose like that, but nothing ever redeems it from being the worst episode. These fish treated Spongebob like a bad guy. This episode, in my opinion, frustrated me more than "Waiting." 😡
And those are my thoughts on the episode 83 trilogy-the worst episode trilogy ever. If you wanna know my favorite episode trilogy, mine would be "Money Talks," "Spongebob Vs. The Patty Gadget," and "Slimy Dancing."
When you mentioned the spongebob movie drying out scene all I could think was:
*Sniffle* "I'm....
A GOOFY GOOBER, Yeah!"
Godspeed little sponge
I remember when I was little fungus Among Us was my favorite episode and it still is.
Darn, I missed these Spongey Bits I wish we can still get more of these but it has been 2 years since we last seen one of these reviews
83 *a* - I really like this episode, I don't care about the loud ringing
83 *b* - As boring as it's name says, when I saw the title I knew it was boring
83 *c* - gross out jokes are so funny (when I was a child) but now there bad! This episode is now uncomfortable to watch during COVID-19
My opinion
rise and shine: to be honest,it was nearly good, but the alarm clock is annoying.
wating:(my head):1 word, STUPID! right now:somebody kill me now
fungus among us: ......... I realy don't know how my 4 year old sister like this episode with wating.
It's 6457 and still no Galactis, also, spongbob is entering it's 2000th season (sarcastic yay)
My Version of Waiting goes like this:
SpongeBob is waiting for his toy, then patrick comes up wanting to have fun with him. SpongeBob yells at patrick because he's waiting for the toy and doesn't want to miss it. Patrick, sad, walks over to squidward's house and squidward says that if spongebob really wants to get his toy faster, he should have fun with spongebob while waiting for it so the time goes by faster. Patrick then goes back over to spongebob and spongebob once again gets mad but then patrick teaches him what squidward says and spongebob likes the idea and apologizes to Patrick. Then the toy comes and spongebob decides to give it to patrick because he feels really bad about being a jerk and then they both play with it then the episode ends.
This couldve worked because it could've had some funny gags with Patrick and squidward and would've had a sweet ending and would've taught kids a lesson about patience
For your next sopngey bits you should talk about the most disturbing episodes of the show.
Maybe "Rise and Shine" would have been even a Good Episode if
a) the alarm wouldn't be so frustrating and
b) only two or two and a half minutes long.
