What an absolutely well crafted product, and even better customer service. I am at heart a DIYer, but when I had some confusion on a late Saturday afternoon with regard to wiring one of my Promaster doors, I called Thunderbolt and left a voicemail, not expecting any communication back until business hours on Monday at the soonest. These guys not only called me back within about five minutes, but hooked me up with Jim, who proceeded to have a very detailed call with me and texted me specific photos, resolving my issue within minutes. That type of customer service, as we all unfortunately know, has become rarer and rarer to find. Needless to say, I can not rave enough about Thunderbolt!
@@totorishop depends a bit on where you are. accidents depend a little on how you are as a driver. if you think about yourself and drive selfishly and if you drive like an idiot, well then the accident is close.
I’m glad to have this video but it’s not really answering some basic questions. How many locks to buy, and one remote? Van lifers also or just pro vans? Are you advertising the locks plus that you install? Where are you? Or you could provide link to Thunderbolt locks maybe? I’m a van lover and I’m just trying to understand what to buy and who could install it. This is great , just wanted more 😊

Oh thanks that helps. I’m gonna call around bc I don’t understand how many I’d need and then if I find an installer, do I bring them the parts? One guy said he installs Thunderbolt but wanted to sell ….. seemed like a Wi-Fi security system mostly.

the security film on the windows is certainly good for slowing down a break-in, but if you have to get out after an accident, there will be problems

I drive defensively myself.
What if someone breaks the driver or passenger window and unlocks the doors from the button on the driver or passenger’s door??
We offer Lock Conversion Relays to prevent that if needed.
