Update. Humble saw the video and apologized for stealing her games and re sent the keys. Unfortunately I still have to re add all 35 keys once again but at least they did it. I still haven't received any refund whatsoever for the July choice last year, and their apology email feigns ignorance to this yet again.
Far as I'm seeing it, they're trying to cover their butts and sweep their very obvious crime under the rug. I'd recommend saving that email thread. Just in case they wanna pull any more federal offenses.
I've been scammed well over 800 dollars canadian and after fighting with customer service I told them "Either you give me product I was promised, refund me or I go to my bank and pull the payment" Its easy for them to get away with this stuff when no one has the will to fight with customer service or is too lazy to do so. Good on you for trying your patience with them.
I sort of thought the choice subscription was a "mystery box" thing, I never thought about cancelling if the next month didn't have anything I liked. That level of customer service is insane though. It's almost as bad as Niantic's.
Dude. Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Stop doing business with them. The chargeback will also hurt their credit score which hopefully will teach them a valuable lesson.
Dude, you wasted half of this video on that $4.00 (this isn't an amount anyone would cry for) instead of focusing on the interesting part of them "stealing" your games.
@@HamsterBomb ...and you've pointed that out by wasting more than 50% of your video's runtime, which by the way was focused on that measly $4.00. By the time I was watching at the 20-minute mark and I still couldn't see the point that you're making, I just gave up.
@@cheesyvoid3143 I don't care. The $4 is what humble used as a straw man argument to avoid from paying refunds. It's impatience like yours that got me into this mess. Don't leave comments when you don't know what you're talking about.
There ignoring you because in your emails there should be a order id for the july unintentional purchase that she asked for, thats your evidence but you wrote back saying it was removed from the website and that isn't evidence defence. The keys were refunded because you asked for a refund and the system automatic refund teh LAST purchase. Oh and btw the bundle can still be purchased on steam groups that dedicate to buy multiple copies of bundles for trades. Also you dont need to put each key into steam if you link steam to humble you can auto claim games. Customer support has a Script they must follow and unless you know how to manipulate that script in your favor its gona loop you around like it has for the last year. It may not be ideal but its how companies defend by using the laws in their favor. I lost 600 bucks on ebay gift cards cause i made a mixed paypal and ebay balance purchase(as in ebay uses balance first and then rest is changed tru payment methods) that never arrived, since 3 weeks after the claim ebay never did anything i contacted paypal wich refunded me in 10 mins, But not the gift card part then ebay responds next day saying they wont refund the 600 since they had to pass the claim over to paypal (even tho they used 2 payment sources) so i did the whole bbb and CC claims of the unused giftcards that ebay wont honor only to get a reply thats its legal process as they opted to use paypal as the resolution and paypal isnt liable for the giftcards as they were bought via a bank card. but i learned from that to just trust 100% paypal on my purchaces even gift cards since they do refund everything that i have a transcation of tru them no questions asked.

That's awful. I hope you could at least get your money back
@@HamsterBomb I did, I felt horrible thinking 800 dollars went down the drain over bs.
Dude don't give them anymore chances, just report them.
How and to whom? The BBB is pretty useless

Odd I never seen a Humble store game be higher priced than on steam, most sale stuff on steam gets also reduced in humble almost at the same time.
It's funny because i have unredeemed keys from 2014 and they still work fine since i decided to redeem a few last month.

I hate overseas support center canned responses
Sorry this happened it's messed up they stole ur daughters fun video games.
Id love to purchase a couple of those games for clover. I think I have you as a friend I could probably gift to you
You could and I appreciate but we should wait for humble to respond first.
Understood, just lemme know how it goes :)

If you were listening the $4 was irrelevant and that was my point

Video is way too long. How and why did they steal it?
Watch the video, and you'll understand. Too much to cover in a summary.
