4K Video Camera for Recording - 60FPS 3.0" Inch Screen 16 X Digital Zoom Camera for UA-cam Webcam Vlogging Starter to Make Films with 2 Batteries Mic
This is a fixed focus video camera that comes with some plastic accessories (a lens hood and suitcase handle, along with a shotgun microphone).
The camera is fixed focus, so you must be at least 1.5 m away from the lens to be in focus, so it's not great for use as a close up webcam or vlogger camera, but does a reasonable job for mid or long range shots. It includes a digital zoom feature that works relatively well (but the clicks from the W/T buttons activating are audible to the camera microphone).
It includes a flip out monitor which can rotate 180 degrees so you can view it from the front for framing shots (but the display is upside down when you rotate it, so all of the text is upside down). The flip out display also has a 3 watt fill light built in, which does an OK job of lighting up things that are close by. [It also has a "night vision" mode which shoots in black and white and is slightly sharper than color mode at night, but still utilizes the fill light.]
The plastic screw on lens hood appears to be mostly aesthetic, and if it is installed it blocks the IR receiver port for the card sized remote control. The fold out suitcase handle is sturdy and could be useful for getting low angle shots.
Data transfers via the USB port from the included micro-SD card at 15 mb/s on my computer. When you plug it into a computer, you must pick between data transfer mode, USB charging mode, or "PC Webcam" mode, where it works as a USB webcam. [But keep the 1.5m focus limit in mind, it will need to be positioned at least 4-5 feet away from you to achieve good focus.]
Overall, this camera impressed me with the features it offers at the $60 price point. While not useful for close up shots, it does a reasonable job for most daytime video needs, and the low cost means that you don't have to worry about using it near water or in situations where it might be lost or destroyed.

Yah, I could see using it as a "expendable" camera you give to a kid, plant near a rocket launch, fly on a kite, leave next to a road all day doing a timelapse, etc.... places where you'd like to capture some extra footage but worry about being dangerous for your "real" camera.

I don't even know how they make a profit. They have to be using slave labor to manufacture it.
