BroScience Bodybuilding I'm different I don't allow myself to eat anything unless I'm freshly showered lol. I don't know how these guys on UA-cam sweat their ass off in the gym and then go out to eat.
***** Yeah I've went to like chipotle or something like that after a workout and just feel like I stink in there. Don't think I could go to a sit down restaurant lol. But basically why I have to eat something is because I like to not eat about an hour before my workout so that i actually feel my pre-workout. So that 1 hour, plus my workout (1.5-2 hours) makes it about 3 hours I don't eat anything and I get hungry.
Viking Thor 1.Creatine, one of the most if not the most efficient and proven supplements around... From food? You would have to get about 3lbs of red meat to get your daily teaspoon dosage of the stuff. 2.The point of protein powder is that it's extremely quick and easy to get down as a reliable source. Sure, if you want to eat 3 slabs of chicken after a long workout be my guest. It's just 100% easier to drink a delicious milkshake..
I think I will agree. I've used a laundry list of supps for 6 months, working out 3 days a week. The only results I see are on my credit card statements.
True. Eat well. If you eat well nothing of these except creatine will stack up with your diet. If you have enough protein from your diet is the best case and no protein supplement will add something more. Same wit multi vitamins and minerals, carbo, pretty much anything. Maybe a joints complex will also help somehow.
stopped listening when you said you would have serious mass for your breakfast. sorry bro but those aren't meal replacements. those are supplements; if you wanna get bigger you need to eat FOOD 6 meals a day minimum, then if you want you can add those as extra. Not powders as replacements for meals (solid foods). I bet your workouts are 45mins to 1 hour too right? hey sorry if i'm hating but the supplement industry thrives off people like you. real food is what I think you shoulda used 350 dollars on.
Few things 1. It was 126g carbs not 125g per scoop 2. It is not necessary to load creatine, however, it may mean the muscles become saturated quicker 3. Glutamine needs to be run around 30g a day to have any noticeable effects.
Everyone is tripping off what the guy bought . He eats real food !! Thats key , these supplements just enhance . If you need to get in 60 + grams of protein after a workout . One scoop of wuey has 25 , makes things easier .
Dude no shit. That stuff is NOT safe for teenagers or people who don't usually take pre-workout. I usually take 2 scoops of C4, but took 1 scoop of this and it made me feel like complete shit because I wasn't used to it. I've taken it in the past but it had been at least a year since the last time I did. Taste was decent, nothing like C4 which has the best tasting pre-workout in my opinion. I like Hyde no doubt and wanted to switch it up, but I definitely prefer C4.
Patrick Gutierrez Ha, does sound funny. Yeah I was fine. I'm finishing my C4 before I start taking it but the one time I did take it as I was describing above, I fell asleep as usual. Went to bed about 6-7 hours after taking.
It's his money, let him spend it how he wants. I will say one thing though- gold standard whey has 4g glutamine per scoop. 1.5 scoops is more than enough glutamine for the day.
Why is anyone destroying themselces. Your body is just buff and stuff abd one day when you leave bodybuuldingyour body is about to break down. I know someone who used to bodybuild without supplements. He was natural. He left bodybuilding for 7 years and he still got his natural physique.
I remember when I first subscribed to you probably over a year ago. I was intrigued on your movement on promoting flexible dieting and busting myths typical "bodybuilding" scams. Now you're eating mini protein bars between sets, loading your creatine, and taking glutamine?!? SMH...Herm Edwards voice: "Come on man!!"
Bruh. I think you're kinda taking the mini protein bars "between sets" thing way out of context. The reason for this is because if I were to leave my work, go workout, then drive back home, that's a solid 3-4 hour window where I don't eat ANYTHING. It's not so much me being like, "OMG I'M GOING TO MISS OUT ON MY ANABOLIC WINDOW, I NEED TO GET PROTEIN IN XX MINUTES AFTER A WORKOUT (or even during a workout.)" It's more like, I just honestly get hungry and, especially while bulking, I like to eat non-stop. Going that many hours without eating is a waste of time I could be feeding my body, so that's why I went with the bars, and that's all there is to it. Hopefully that makes sense. Regarding the creatine loading, I don't understand what's wrong with that?? Or even taking Glutamine? So what? It's not required or a huge deal, but I do it for the scientifically proven benefits is all. Anyway, thanks for watching.
Creatine loading was proved scientifically unneeded. It was a way to boost creatine sales. Just go ahead and take the 5 grams a day. But if you believe in the loading phase go ahead and do it.
The basic needs: *FISH OIL *MULTIVITAMIN+MINERALS or different vitamins depends on you. or and joint supplement if you're really hittin the the gym hard for long term joint health And then add some creatine, Whey protein (Different kinds: protein blend, Isolate etc.. You're choice!!) Or and casein, BCAA's. And then thats where you want to add some of you're supplement choice like zma and other stuff. You can add some liquid detergent before sleep for life time recovery lol just kidding. Supplement must not be the main course. Real food must be the main course. Remember: NUTRITION + TRAINING + SUPPLEMENT + GOOD SLEEP = Healthy body and good gains. 💪
If u don´t like some stuff that´s your thing but supplements plus hard work took me from all life skinny bones to real shapes with muscle body. Wouldn´t trade them for nothing. Worked out fr me 100%
Hey man, might want to read up a bit on loading creatine before you put out that video. Been shown that all loading does is saturate the muscles faster than if you take the standard 5g a day from the start. In the end you get the same results after a week or two, so in the end if you don't load then you wont be using up your creatine as quickly allowing you to take it for longer :) that's just what I have read and heard from some pretty decent sources. Worked for me but happy to hear your thoughts
Really protein is the only thing you "might" need (if you dont eat enough), but i went into a supplement phase of almost a year and then i let some tubs run out and i tipped some out, and at first i was weaker (it was noticeable) but then about a month later i caught up to wear i was and then continued to make gains and strength gains and progress was at the same speed. So how i see it is it just puts you 1 month ahead and you stay at that. Doesn't make scene to me.. Save you cash! & kidneys / liver!
The pre-workout and the protein are the only fully useful things here, get fish oil and multi vitamins from your local store and get rid of the other crap and you would have been able to buy way more protein and pre-workout and maybe even a nitric oxide booster which are things that are actually useful. Damn waste of money; you can also get a pre-workout with creatine already in it.
Very good products ,i think serions mass and goldstandard whey are more than enough as supplements since they have all needed ingredients the rest is very intense training with healthy food and rest
I've only took whey protein isolate and creatine such as iso 100 or 100%whey protein. For my pre workout I drink black coffee for caffeine. After workout I use whey protein and creatine. But never bought all that.
you dont need creatine if you take bcaas, creatine similar to whey...but not like mass so I agreed wit the scopp of mass to replace a meal in the mornings...I take ur bcaas daily
It's on my short list of vids to make. I'm going to have a lot more free time these next few months so hopefully I can start putting a lot more out. Thx for watching, saw your comments on a couple other vids tonight.
Great way on burning your cash.. on all of those items you bought only the multi. fish oil, whey, and Serious mass (if your an ecto). Are the essentials for you bro. Any other than that you can basically get it through your whey or coffee.. but its your call buddy your money in the end of the day.
I know this video is old. The only stuff in that box worth spending is Mr.Hyde, Creatine. Maybe some whey. For $340 you could of bought the real "supplements" that actually work.
no offense man but here is something i noticed. first mistake, you worked 13 hours, which it means, happened before, will happen again. for determined gym goer with the real plan, work day should not be longer than 8 hours, you messing up gym schedule, probably on those days you can't even hit the gym. second mistake. you don't look big. you may have money to buy all those supplements, but you obviously don't need them or don't know how to use them. all you really need from that box is whey protein, creatine and vitamins. you would have saved $280 for quality food or for someone to teach you how to get size and be lean without all those supplements. true achiever focus last on powders, right food and proper routine of weight lifting is 95% of success.
Sux for u regular folks.....my cousin works at one of the main factories that makes this shyt and all i need to do is borrow his employee card and get a 75% discount on everything in the store at VitaminWorld any day I please. All that shyt would cost me $90 max. Personally i still think supps are a rip off even with that 75% discount applied.
yeah people get very addicted to getting everything from supplement form. it's just sickening like 80% of supplements and you don't need. I mean there are a few things out there I like but you always make sure you're eating foods too while you use supplements.
Now this is a massive waste of money. I would say the three most important supps would be a good pre workout, protein, and creatine product. Just with that, you'll still pay about $120 a month. Get some Isolate protein product like Gold standard whey or Pure Isolate 70 servings for $59.99 at GNC, then a pre workout like Mesomorph, Total War, or Even some good old Gold Standard pre workout about $35-65$(varies), and the product he had the creatine by Optimum Nutrition for about $20. Just with those supps, a good diet, sleep, and training, you'll make crazy gains. You don't need all that other shit. Lol
SeriousMass gave me serious Ass. Literally made me gassy and bloated. Was having a good ol time at wrk with the guys and was farting up a storm and all of a sudden SPLAT. Had to leave wrk and buy some new undies. Thanks ON. 😊 And yes i stuck with that garbage through the entire bag.
I'm new to the gym (just completed my first month) anyway someone at the gym told me that all I really need is a good whey protein, creatine and maybe a multi vitamin. Is that true or do you really need all this stuff too? I'm aware this guy went overkill but I'm just wanting to make sure I don't buy supplements I don't really need. thanks
hey man good job on your first month! but yeh all you really need is a good protein, creatine (it's too cheap to not use it) and bcaas if you have the money but if not then it ain't a big deal :) good luck with the rest of your journey man!
Hyde is awesome (nor Mr. Hyde). Also, buying all stuff in small packs is a great way to spend more money. You could buy all this supplements in 1-2 servings packs and make a great video "Unboxing $1200 Worth of Supplements"
Thats kinda like porn for people who are into fitness and bodybuilding

+Latin Lover How do you suggest we "sheep" get around that price inflation, then?
+Lloyd Brown Or people who fall victim to cheesy marketing.
This is the kinda guy that employees at GNC love. They don't even need to use their sales techniques. The industry did the work for them.
Eating a protein bar during your workout? It doesn't get any more BRO than that lol.
LOL right? I actually ended up eating them right after on my way home from gym
Sometimes I'll have a banana too
BroScience Bodybuilding I'm different I don't allow myself to eat anything unless I'm freshly showered lol. I don't know how these guys on UA-cam sweat their ass off in the gym and then go out to eat.

NO need to load on creatine
+Sam Mehta was looking for this
340 dollars on food would be the wiser choice in my opinion
Stupid
+StolenTech You're the one who is stupid, you don't need any supplements, end of debate!

+MultiCaloka No. They aren't supposed to. They are designed to SUPPLEMENT real food.
dude that's awesome.. i hope one day i could buy supplements with that low cost,
in my country they will cost me about 900$ and maybe more.
+nour btadini I'm sorry to hear that bro :(
Says protein is a must... fish oils and multi vits not essential. *Face palm*
Multi vits are incomplete and go to toilet.
All I need is
-hydro 100% whey (ISO-100)
-ON essential amino energy
-multivitamins
-fish oils (preferably with omega 3, 6, and 9)
Don't waste your money with those supplements. It won't make you grow. Eat REAL FOOD!

I think I will agree. I've used a laundry list of supps for 6 months, working out 3 days a week. The only results I see are on my credit card statements.
4 things I'll keep
Fish Oil
BCAA
Protein Powder (Good for POst workout)
Creatine
Dude there is Bcaa and glutamine in the gold standard whey protein. Pointless to waste money on those two items when taking the gold standard whey.
Shit load of supplements, awesome stuff..
Thank you sir

eat big to get big, yes I know what I'm talkin about, keep drinkin ur shakes and stayin small if you want
Fish oil is the most important supplement in the entire shipment for your overall health and well being, from the joints to the brain.
spent all that money, and still looks like shit, lol should have spent those $350 on a cycle of roids
*really good toilet reader right here* hilarious
same here
Why is he buying glutamine when his protein already contains it?
Few things
1. It was 126g carbs not 125g per scoop
2. It is not necessary to load creatine, however, it may mean the muscles become saturated quicker
3. Glutamine needs to be run around 30g a day to have any noticeable effects.

BroScience Bodybuilding Its interesting pre workout supplement i hope you get us updated about it
Mr.Hyde has 419 mg of caffeine and it didn't do shit for me I guess I've built up a good tolerance.
The most useful thing there is the dip belt.
How does 2.5kg of proteins last you 2 months ?
with that stack..... Do you even lift BRO?
It's his money, let him spend it how he wants. I will say one thing though- gold standard whey has 4g glutamine per scoop. 1.5 scoops is more than enough glutamine for the day.
Waste of $340

Here in Australia you can only get 4 of those supplements for $340. The supplement prices here is insane!!
Dude, just import it.
Here in my country, with R$ 340, you just buy one of this supplements. So import it from us sites, it's cheaper.
J4Y L1L that's what happened when you have to import everything.
All u need is food and power of the mind.... free
U r so dumb u got no clue
It’s like bodybuilder starter kit.
protein, aminos, creatine, nutrition, and sleep is all you need for size!!! all them gain :)
Nothing better than a nice stack
The basic needs: *FISH OIL *MULTIVITAMIN+MINERALS or different vitamins depends on you. or and joint supplement if you're really hittin the the gym hard for long term joint health And then add some creatine, Whey protein (Different kinds: protein blend, Isolate etc.. It 's hard eating enough carbs!?!? This guy has no idea donuts exist...
4:45 Mine is (was) ON and is not Creapure. Is "Formulated by ON Made in EU". Now I have Weider Creapure. It is a difference in color smell and gains.
I stopped watching when he said "I have this as my breakfast"
If u need that much caffeine you should cleanse your adrenal gland. Try this stuff called Adrenal Reset.
He's gunna get soooOOoOoO jacked!!!!

Cool, I'll look into it. I got the loading information from the book that you read to get your personal trainer license.
Henry he said 5 grams a week.
HE GETS ALL THIS THEN GETS A PEC TEAR!
5g glutamine per day are too less for improving muscle recovery and your immune system
Fish oil/omega 3 is way more essential than glutamine
The only moment of this review i liked 8:58
Great choice of supplements, big like for the ON products!
It's been proving that you don't need a loading phase for creatine - why do people still do it, Not hating just wondering if it makes any difference
I don't know.. I'm all about eating 4 to 5 meals a day with my supplement stack but all your gains seem to go to your eye brows..
The products I agree with is the Serious mass, creatine and the gold standard whey
I love the feeling too. Lol when I get my box
Very good products ,i think serions mass and goldstandard whey are more than enough as supplements since they have all needed ingredients the rest is very intense training with healthy food and rest
Nice video! I'm looking forward to making a big order like this in the next week or so.
I've only took whey protein isolate and creatine such as iso 100 or 100%whey protein. For my pre workout I drink black coffee for caffeine. After workout I use whey protein and creatine. But never bought all that.
you dont need creatine if you take bcaas, creatine similar to whey...but not like mass so I agreed wit the scopp of mass to replace a meal in the mornings...I take ur bcaas daily
definitely looking forward to the creatine info video

You say that yet you don't realize ectomorph and all that shit doesn't exist
I like Train magazine, I think it is one of the best out there for Information.
I know this video is old. The only stuff in that box worth spending is Mr.Hyde, Creatine. Maybe some whey.
For $340 you could of bought the real "supplements" that actually work.
Good luck happy lifting
MUTANT MASS Is the way forward... I got fucking HUGEEEEE on that shit! Getting comments on the daily about how BIG i got.
PROTEIN, creatine, pre workout essentials....
Plus BCCA's cause you can get them cheap and won't hurt.
+Etc Hosts Pre workouts are definitely not essential
+Brian Danning Totally agree with you in my mind the essentials are protein, creatine, bcaa, and fishoils/multivitamins
no offense man but here is something i noticed. first mistake, you worked 13 hours, which it means, happened before, will happen again. for determined gym goer with the real plan, work day should not be longer than 8 hours, you messing up gym schedule, probably on those days you can't even hit the gym. second mistake. you don't look big. you may have money to buy all those supplements, but you obviously don't need them or don't know how to use them. all you really need from that box is whey protein, creatine and vitamins. you would have saved $280 for quality food or for someone to teach you how to get size and be lean without all those supplements. true achiever focus last on powders, right food and proper routine of weight lifting is 95% of success.
Mass gainer besides food mixed with like bananas and stuff and pwo is all you need. Bcaa just gives a nice taste to the water :))
Sry for bad ENG
are u going to take all these at once ? wht will be the schedule ??
all great stuff
Serious mass - ain't it one scoop is 50g protein...
I may have missed it but all those supplements and no bcaa supp?
Sux for u regular folks.....my cousin works at one of the main factories that makes this shyt and all i need to do is borrow his employee card and get a 75% discount on everything in the store at VitaminWorld any day I please. yeah people get very addicted to getting everything from supplement form. it's just sickening like 80% of supplements and you don't need. I mean there are a few things out there I like but you always make sure you're eating foods too while you use supplements.
I saw that, it will be a five finger discount.
good choices
Lol
I don't usally take bodybuilding advice from a guy that couldn't bulk if he wanted to just saying
Do you take serious mass only in the morning or do you also take it as a post workout? and in what way has fish oil helped you? im new to this ...
Its incredible how this guy knows nothing about supplements and nutrition XD
All I ever use is isolate protien creatine and vitamins but never from a fitness brand they tend to over price and under does lots of wasted money imo
don’t need any of that shit.. not 1 fucking thing.. as long as your diet is good
SeriousMass gave me serious Ass. Literally made me gassy and bloated. Was having a good ol time at wrk with the guys and was farting up a storm and all of a sudden SPLAT. Had to leave wrk and buy some new undies. Thanks ON. 😊
And yes i stuck with that garbage through the entire bag.
Great video
All i have infrared performance fuel, serious mass and creatine
Is the Mr. Hyde good? I just ordered one. I hear its some sick stuff!
When do you use the gold standard whey? Morning? Post?
Damn you could get solid beginner steroid cycle for that money :D
On your doorstep? and no one tried to steal it?! Must be nice.
I'm new to the gym (just completed my first month) anyway someone at the gym told me that all I really need is a good whey protein, creatine and maybe a multi vitamin. Hyde is awesome (nor Mr. Hyde). Also, buying all stuff in small packs is a great way to spend more money. You could buy all this supplements in 1-2 servings packs and make a great video "Unboxing $1200 Worth of Supplements"
Supplementwarehouse is the cheapest to get your bodybuilding supplements
There is authentication sticker missing on the cap of ON whey and creatine boxes.
