    Thanks. I'd be interested to see where Sav's hands are at address with the final driver drill - it looks like they are actually ahead of the ball but looks may be deceiving.

      Slightly ahead! Just like when you are holding a hammer to drill a nail into a door frame! See our Task 2.0 series on our premium channel! Hurry to get signed up on our par membership as we are about to raise the price to $19.95 per month as we have realized it is significantly too low for what you get!

    Your catapult video was the best from a few years ago. I practiced that for the summer and added 40 yards to my drives and totally straight, no curve either way. Lag is automatic. Keeping the triangle in front of me at all times was the key to success.
    Maybe you could redo that concept in updated video
    Thanks.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  3 місяці тому +1

      What is so nice about this drill is your open the RIGHT AMOUNT through impact because the hands can’t get past the ball without this and the release gets anchored by the head staying back and that is because you are locked in to the direction you are pointing the jack knife, VERY PRECISE DRILL! Next week you will see it on our premium channel from both camera angles!

    Shawn, I understand the shaft is pointed in the direction you want to go. Is the toe straight up or pointed a little to the ground? Thanks.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  2 місяці тому

      If you are me, almost toe up, and if you are Savy more towards the ground. In other words, the one that allows the ball to fly the way you want it to! 😀👍

    If the miss with my irons is a weakish fade what drill fixes that? It will feel like I have flushed the ball then it fades 30 yards and loses 1 to 2 clubs of distance

    • @golflessons

      Go to the “important release update” on premium! Also, this drill will expose how deep the grip needs to be to keep the ball online!

    Great video Shawn. May I ask a small question? By the time of impact with the driver, are the hands in front of the ball?

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  3 місяці тому +1

      Irons are in front, driver is about even with the ball as we are hitting up on it slightly and woods and long irons are in between. The flight plan plays a big role in how much.

    What’s missing here is you’re not saying at what point you’re releasing the club, anyone pulling their hands that far ahead will be so late with an open face and slice off the planet.

    • @golflessons
      @golflessons  3 місяці тому

      The head anchors the release! Notice the trail foot staying on the ground well past impact like Finau and Rahm? See also the “square the club shawn clement” video on youtube and it’s all the “release” videos on our premium especially the “important release update” video!👍😀

    I'd like to push back on your baseball swing explanation. This is not the way that Judge nor Ohtani hit balls. See teacherman hitting to explain it.
